motivational process that explains individual’s behavior in many situations Using some methods
that analyzing and quantifying
this information in our research Providing our topic with the

the relationship between
personality and the environment. Density:
higher within organizations than across organizations lower satisfaction in close relationships for individuals low in emotional stability. Psychology Computer SYSTEM DESIGN The Predictor System 3.Literature.(Wolff, et la. 2011) - Prototypical process of relationship development is that it becomes increasingly instrumental as it develops. - Building contacts includes behaviours related to initiating - This study contributes to our understanding of why some individuals engage more in networking than others 4.Methodology ( Bai,et al. 2012) Sample: - 335 members of Graduate University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (GUCAS) 2012 collect their Renren usage data. - All the participants are friend or friend’s friend of us from China with average 23.833 years old. - 209 of them as their training dateset with 72 females and 137 males. - The classifying algorithm used was C4.5 ,decision tree . 4.Methodology (Hans-Georg Wolff, Sowon Kim, 2011) 1- A set of five independent personality variables. SHL’s Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQw, Bartram et al., 2006) 2- A set of six dependent variables 3- A multivariate regression model (Edwards, 2001).
This model treats the six networking measures as a variable set Six types of networking behaviors: 1.Building internal contacts 2.Maintaining internal contacts 3.Using internal contacts 4.Building external contacts 5.Maintaining external contacts 6.Using external contacts Hypothesis: H1. Extraversion is positively related to networking behaviors
H2. Agreeableness is positively related to networking behaviors
H3.Openness to experience is positively related to networking behaviors Samples: Germany and UK
German sample: 1,084 members of an university base
UK sample: 3,107 respondents who had signed up to participate in online F i n d i n g s Agreeableness ( Bai,et al. 2012) With a high score on agreeableness tends to be more active on chatting online even others will discard her message. (Wolff, et la. 2011) Three of the six coefficients relating agreeableness to the networking scales are significant Having a high score in this dimension, tend to be helpful for others and will use guestbook more frequently. ( Bai,et al. 2012) (Wolff, et la. 2011) Neither conscientiousness nor emotional stability are significantly related to the networking measures. Both conscientiousness and emotional stability are not associated with networking behaviors. ( Bai,et al. 2012) Tend to use emoticon in her blogs to show her character. She has many friends and is happy to talk with others evento republish (zzstatus) others’ statuses. (Wolff, et la. 2011) Extraversion and openness to experience, five of the six structural coefficients are positive and significant. To make many new friends and have a high SNS usage experiences(usage) ( Bai,et al. 2012) (Wolff, et la. 2011) - Extraversion and openness to experience, five of the six structural coefficients are positive and significant. - In addition, openness to experience had a stronger relationship with maintaining contacts than with using contacts. Their blogs may have a high proportion of making readers angry. ( Bai,et al. 2012) (Wolff, et la. 2011) Neither conscientiousness nor emotional stability are significantly related to the networking measures. Both conscientiousness and emotional stability are not associated with networking behaviors. 5.Discussion - The relationship between attribution is various as in weights and dimensions. - “Big Five” attributes has different dimensions related to the behavioral performance. - Demographic variables Female Male Internet Usage for work for school browsing SNS more on online gaming Education Generation Geographic Variables - For outgoing users they might prefer international news and like to make friends, which may help to be as supplier for networking services. - This system can also be used into online mental illness treatment. - The five personality dimensions can be taken in consecration - There are still some differences on user behavior between online and offline. - Also it can be used as learning techniques to fix some training algorithm. Lecturer:
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chong Chin Wei A person in agreeableness dimension is more helpful,
and sympathetic towards others. And they will try and use emotions to gain attraction of others around them. Conscientiousness person is mostly
oriented towards achievement. People with high score
may focus more on their homework tasks,
less on relationships with others. More closely related to building contacts than to maintaining and using contacts. Building and maintaining contacts is higher for internal than for external networking. Mostly people in this dimension are easy to get angry for small things. So they usually have and aggrieve blogs if they do have blogs. And their articles are trying to get readers angry. (angryblogproportion). (Schlenker, 1980) (Schlenker, 1980) make a lot of new friends, and they tend to use the SNS a lot,
They change their statues frequently,
in another word a very easy book to read. (Correa, 2010) - Computer science needs psychological characterized service and psychology needs automatic computation, so they come up with the idea of building the relation between personality and online behaviour in Renren According to this article, user’s big-five personality can be predicted based on their SNS behavior.
There are some advantages as well as disadvantages generated to build a predictor system
that can qualify user’s big five personality based on SNS usage and preferences. 3.Literature.( Bai,et al. 2012) - Idea of building the relation between personality and online behavior. 5.The Conclusions and recommendations for our Project - The environment rather is good or ill plays an
increasing role in our lives. - Attention is the connection between personality and the actual social network. - Understanding the connections between personality tie strength, trust, and other related factors will improve our knowledge - Project has produced two main insights.
