All about Choclate chip Cookies By: Harkamal Saran 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 2 1/4 cups flour Ingredients 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 cup butter, softened but not melted You can also use 1 cup vegetable oil as a substitute 3/4 cup packed brown sugar 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1 large eggs 2 cups chocolate chips 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 8. now mixing the ingredients 9. In a medium bowl, combine flour, salt, choclate chips and baking soda. 10. In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugars together, then beat in eggs and vanilla. 11. Slowly add the dry ingredients from the medium bowl to the wet ingredients in the large bowl, then add chocolate chips Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto baking sheet 12. and heat oven to 375` F, Put cookies in for 16 minutes take out of oven and enjoy! 13. to make the cookies the steps are: The 5W's of cookies Where: cookies were first made in ancient dutch.
