Prevent cancer.

Maintain human body temperature.
chicken, fish, pork, nuts.
Strengthen bones and teeth.
Maintain metabolism.
calcium, iron, zinc, iodin.
fruits, vegetables, seafood.
Source of life.
Regulate body temperature.
Helps rid of toxics in body.
One has to drink 6 or 7 glasses of water daily.
