New York has religious freedom which means that all religions are welcomed.
The main religions are Catholics, Lutherans, Jews and many others.
Geography of New York...
The land in New York is very mountainous to the north east.
The rest of New York is flat.
The soil in New York is very suited for farming.
Come to New York and New Jersey
Mountains in northeast, lowlands from lake Ontario along the Canadian border, Atlantic Coastal plain. A mix of New England and Southern but had fertile soil and land that was suited for farming.

Like New York, New Jersey has religious freedom which gave way for Quakers, Lutherans, Catholics, Jews and others.

New Jersey is often reffered to as a breadbasket colony because it grows so many crops, especialy wheat.
The wheat is put into flour mills then shipped to England.

New York has many natural resourses but the people in New York also make plows, tools, kettles, locks and nails out of iron.
