mother: hasn't got a job, home with the children, knows always the solution
Tommy (little brother): typical annoying little brother, must be taken care of
Louie: protagonist, the episodes of the cartoon are stories from his childhood. typical episodes (christmas, father's day, story about helping others, friendship etc.). Balanced character (little, fat, but also smart and caring)
