BE SAFE ON THE INTERNET!!!!!! smart surfing the first rule is to remain as anonymous as possible red flag!!! when someone asks you personal info be careful when creating email address or screen name in chat rooms keep online friends online when you feel uncomfortable or in danger tell a parent or other adult right away CYBER BULLYING By: Jordan this refers to cruel or buylling messages sent to you online if you get bullying messages online, it's better to ignore than reply if you get cyberbullied and ignoring it doesn't work, get help from an adult will be a good idea. ONLINE ANNOYANCES Spam online is annoying! If you don't recognize the sender of a document or file, DON'T OPEN IT! just delete it! Get a blocker to stay free of online annoyances. If you get a protective software, you'll need to keep it updated. IS IT WORTH IT TO HAVE A PROTECTIVE SOFTWARE?? DEFINITELY!!!!! with all the problems online, it is sooo worth it!!! 10 TIPS FOR STAYING SAFE ON THE INTERNET!!!!!!!!!! 5. NEVER give out personal info 1. NEVER write to someone who has made you uncomfortable or scared 2. Keep all your online friends online. 3. never meet someone who you met online in the real world. 4. People online might not be who they really are. 6. tell parents right away if you read anything that makes you feel uncomfortable. 7. be very careful on wat you post online 8. be smart of who you put as your friends online 9. your username should not have your name in it anywhere. 10. change your passwords frequently!!!
