Through some course of events, she and Curly soon realize the feelings they have for each other. Jud, a hired hand at Laurey's home, also has feelings for her. Together, she and Curly have to do something to save their relationship and keep Jud from doing something terrible. Woven into this plot is the life of Ado Annie, one of Laurey's friends. Her boyfriend has just gotten back from an exciting trip to Kansas City. Music Video Fun Facts *There were two versions the 1995 one & 1998 one featuring Hugh Jackman. *Ado, the first part of Ado Annies name meant troublesome much like the character! *Oklahoma was not a state yet in the movie. *Oklahoma! was the first collaboration between Richard Rodgers & Oscar Hammerstein II. *Oklahoma! was the first musical to have its entire score recorded, thus creating the original cast album. *Oklahoma! won the Pulitzer Prize for drama in 1944. Oklahoma! was the longest running musical during it's day. It held the record for 15 years, until it was taken over by My Fair Lady!!
