An informational text consist of a type, features, and how it helps the reader. A feature for an interview is questions and answers, bold words, and short paragraphs.
This type of informational text helps the reader by helping me read questions in an organized way and it helps me focus on one paragraph at a time. (Any type of interview about anything Ex: BRYSON VOIRIN)
A feature of an article is its a short piece of informational text, usually published in a magazine, bold print, and has pictures and captions. It helps the reader by stating a short and quick information text and has current ideas.
Two toed sloths are quiet interesting animals that hang from the trees in the rainforests of South America and Central America.
They are animals that sleep up to 15 to 20 hours a day.
Sloths are interesting animals because they have algae that grows in their fur making them a green color.
Sloths are in fact, good at swimming which is surprising because they live in the tops of trees.
The gist of paragraph three in the article " Two toed Sloths: Choloepus hoffmanni" is Sloths are sleep type animals and sleep up to fifteen to twenty hours a day.
The main idea of the article " Two-Toed Sloth: Choloepus Hoffmanni" is the defense of self, to animals on land in the rainforest is biting and clawing.
Both the article and interview are both talking about two toed sloths.
Both mammals and biotic or living.
Both are living and exploring the rainforest of Panama or South and Central America.
Both climb 150 foot trees to get the sloth and live(The Sloth is the one I am explaining that lives in the tops of trees).
A male biologist who studies the amazing two and three- toed sloths.
Bryson works on sloths in Panama.
Has to climb trees in order to get to the sloths and put radio collars on them to track and find the sloths.
He; Bryson Viorin was also fascinated with National Geographic
Interview with Bryson Viron not an article with a Sloth.
Talking about just a sloth.
Sleeps up to 15 to 20 hours a day.
Has only two toes.
Eats only leaves and bugs for its diet.
A sloths hobbies are sleeping, eating, mating, and giving birth while hanging upside down!
Article not an interview.
The unique pattern that is found on the pale back of the Theridion Grallator, is a figure that looks like a smiley face. There is two small black circles of eyes and a curved like figure that looks like a smile. This pattern is unique because, you normally do not find this shape on a spider's back. The text makes me think this because in the 2nd paragraph, lines one through three, it says," The happy faced spider's name comes from the unique pattern found its pale colored back. The marks resemble two circles that look like eyes. There is curved shape below, similar to a smile." that is why I think the way I did.
Different scientists believe that the strange and quite interesting pattern found on the happy faced spider's back a used to scare away predators such as birds. According to paragraph three, lines one through four, it states clearly, " Some scientists think the spider may have developed these strange markings as a way to warn predators, such as birds. However, not all scientists agree on this theory. Some believe the features may do nothing to help the spider avoid its enemies."
The living of the undersides of leaves helps the happy faced spider stay ot of the limelight because the spider is green and tiny, which makes it hard for humans to see the spider because when its under the leaves, you can't see it. Its very, very, difficult to find the spiders and they are almost extinct and Hawaii has to save the spiders. " The happy face spider generally tries to say out of the limelight. It lives its life on the undersides of leaves, deep in the rainforests. This can make it difficult for scientists to locate and study." (Para. #4)
Rainforests:

A rainforest is a place where it rains a lot, there is a variety of both plants and animals. There is also many trees here and bugs that venture through the area. We here in Louisiana but, there are rainforests in South America, Central America, Australia, and even Europe.
