Evaluarea Performantelor

1 inacceptabil – majoritatea proiectelor la care lucreaza necesita corecturi si verificare din partea superiorilor.
2 sub asteptari – are erori / e neatent in desfasurarea activitatilor; uneori nu corespunde cerintelor impuse.
3 conform asteptarilor – atinge nivelul de baza al standardelor; angajatul corespunde cerintelor impuse.
4 peste asteptari – in majoritatea cazurilor are performante superioare; are initiative cu rezultate pozitive pentru departament (de exemplu reducerea costurilor); este intotdeauna prompt si disponibil.
5 exceptional  - angajatul are rezultate remarcabile, care aduc imbunatatiri semnificative departamentului si companiei.
