Transcript of My First Company Project

By: Ayomikun Shosanya
My First Company Project
On the first project I participated in, I worked with a variety of people:
I took an Xcel spreadsheet with information pertaining to the company's workers and made sure that their roles were accurate.
I needed to find t-codes for certain roles then put them in an Excel document.
I had to summarize key findings from various meetings and type it into a word doc (Tactics that should be continued, started or stopped).
I worked with 2 different coworkers to complete many SAP transactions.
The largest project I did was several sets of 150 transactions that took me a week to finish!
I translated English screen shots of SAP instructions into Canadian French and vice versa. I used the same translation process to make English and Canadian French help cards.
I proof-read presentations. Some which were used for important workshops.
I created a GW presentation with my coworker Merhawi and presented it to team members.
I scrubbed various presentations into generic templates that can be used later for future clients.
I researched our company's and client's cultural differences and similarities in order to find gaps between them and bridge those gaps to achieve a more successful work environment and business performance.
Researched poster creation tips and created a poster for Sonia on a Toronto training event
I worked with my former co-worker Erin to track mistakes that my team members have done and sent an email to them in order to amend the issue.
I worked with the Query creator program in order to test the system’s functionality by enacting a series of orders and processes.

I made a deck to present what the goal of the effort is, what has been done, what will be done, who is part of the effort, etc…
It was my first “outside the box” thinking assignment.
I used information gathered from interviews performed by the leadership and their client counter-parts.
I presented it to Gerarda and Sonia with former coworker Nikki
