THE CRYSTAL MOSQUE The Mosque was also a Madrasah.
Any race was allowed in the mosque.
The Mosque was constructed between 2006 and 2008.
It was officially opened on February 8, 2008.
Has Chinese characteristics on it.
The mosque was also called Masjid Kristal.
The holliest mosque in Malaysia.
Combines themed landscaped gardens to the city.
With the river setting in the front.
The glass reflects the sun.
4 crystals located at the 4 minarets.
Has beautifully crafted frosted windows.
It's equipped with I.T. facilities.
The first smart Mosque with free Wi-Fi. Interesting Stories and Facts Architecture History Weddings used to be held.
Islamic people were cynical about the Mosque.
Malay Minister was concerned of the characteristics.
Malay people didn't want mixed characteristics.
The Mosque changed prayers to Fridays.
Muslims built Islamic civillization in Malay.
