Aboriginal collective rights effected by immigrants Aboriginals Aboriginal people recieve collective rights under the constitution the native people assume some kind of consulting or word in decisions that affect all of canada such as immigration policies Aboriganal people are blaming the goverment for allowing to many immigrants immigrants for there high percentage jobless rate
