to this abuse
Puplic officers and police officers have the right to charge someone if abuse is caused to them. One way to reduce abuse to paramedics is to give them this right aswell.

Another solution may be to give the abuser a sedation drug if the abuser gets violent towards the Paramedic. This will then insure they get the right treatment without any harm being caused to the paramedic.
