History
Graffiti goes back to Ancient Rome.

Clearly, graffiti should not be legalized everywhere.

Graffiti can be very powerful.
Billions of dollars are spent on graffiti cleanup in the US.

In 2006, Chicago spent $6.5 million on cleanup.
In places where graffiti is legal, it has not been harmful.
Stop misjudging graffiti.

Graffiti is defined by the Oxford Dictionary as "writing or drawings scribbled, scratched, or sprayed

on a wall or other surface in a public place."
Is graffiti art or vandalism?
