  1. Hey pete Staggie here from b to B clarity.
  2. What is it that your customers value about you?
  3. That brings them to pay for your service and work with you.
  4. Today's marketing triple R. The three levels of customer value.
  5. And we're going to start at the bottom the lowest level, which is you
  6. what they value is not about you, it's about what they need, right?
  7. So you're gonna hear this more and more through the other levels.
  8. But the very first level, it's important.
  9. It's what your company does and how they do it, your processes, your people,
  10. all the things that you bring that enable your solutions for them, Right?
  11. So that's the foundation
  12. you needed to be there.
  13. But that's a pretty low level of of measurable value for your clients.
  14. The next level, higher level is what your company produces the product,
  15. the solution, the offer,
  16. the service that is more valuable than your company because it's
  17. actually what your clients are using or touching or or experiencing,
  18. right?
  19. But it is only the second highest level.
  20. The third highest level
  21. is
  22. your customers pain your customers problem.
  23. Your customers need your customers opportunity.
  24. It's about what they are trying to do.
  25. So they're going to measure the value of what you do
  26. through
  27. the value of what they need.
  28. So that is that is an easy way to say um you need to start with them
  29. in all of your conversations and all of your messages about what it is that you do.
  30. It needs to be about solving their problem first.
  31. So that's the marketing triple. But I'm gonna give you a bonus home run.
  32. There's actually 1/4 level that trumps all three of these other levels.
  33. And it's one that people don't often think of.
  34. Um but can be a home run for you literally a home run for
  35. you if you can tap into that value and that is your customers customer.
  36. So if you truly are putting yourself in your customers shoes,
  37. what they care about or what they should be caring
  38. about to be successful is what their customers need.
  39. So if you can frame what you provide
  40. to your clients
  41. in terms of how it helps their customers,
  42. there's your home run.
  43. I hope this was helpful for you today and I'd love to chat more about
