  1. well done on watching this incredibly important presentation on what I believe
  2. to be a game changer for every single business out there.
  3. If we consider what does every single business need and what
  4. do all businesses all around the world have in common?
  5. There's no question
  6. that there's only one
  7. answer to that, and that is how to increase your profits.
  8. All businesses continuously need to work on their profitability.
  9. Of course, we all know there's basically two ways to increase your profitability.
  10. Aside from cutting away expenses,
  11. the first one is to increase turnover by acquiring new customers.
  12. The problem with that, of course,
  13. is the expensive and the exorbitant advertising cost,
  14. especially today's day and age where everything has gone online and therefore
  15. advertising has just become so much more expensive than in the past.
  16. In the second instance,
  17. the way to increase profitability is by generating
  18. more repeat business from existing and old customers.
  19. We also furthermore, no,
  20. the easiest way to attract new customers is with the attractive discount.
  21. That being said,
  22. we also got to wonder why so many businesses are
  23. wasting half of their marketing expenses by recruiting disloyal customers.
  24. You will never stick around and support them long enough and
  25. deep enough for them to recoup their new customer acquisition investment.
  26. Why are some customers loyal?
  27. And for that matter,
  28. why are loyal customers so much more valuable than acquiring just another new
  29. customer that might or might not be spending money with the business?
  30. Let me tell you about our innovative
  31. technology.
  32. Through our innovative technology, merchants are and businesses alike
  33. are able to list on our technology and on our system for free
  34. on our application
  35. and by doing so,
  36. day
  37. naturally expose themselves to our client base.
  38. Our client base are attracted to the establishment by
  39. offering them attractive discounts by offering the discount.
  40. Naturally,
  41. the customers are drawn and potential buyers are drawn
  42. to the product or service that the business offer.
  43. In addition to the upfront discount,
  44. our system also allows for a loyalty programme where
  45. consumers and the customers earn very real rewards by continuously
  46. and ongoing support the business in question
  47. and in so doing securing customer retention and, more importantly,
  48. continuous support and building that loyalty with a customer.
  49. Our technology is based on the fact that
  50. any business can list on our application and utilise our our structure without
  51. any form of upfront cost or listing fee or anything like that.
  52. All they do pay is a minimal transaction fee, which we call a friendship fee
  53. based on every single transaction
  54. after the discount. And, of course, these transactions.
  55. And these fees are only payable on new customers
  56. acquired through our system.
  57. It is, furthermore,
  58. important to understand that our merchants are in full control of
  59. what discounts they offer at what time of the day,
  60. or on what day or
  61. on whatever basis they so wish to.
  62. As you can see in the screen here,
  63. you can see the different time slots there that I've encircled,
  64. and the merchant can by choice, decide
  65. to increase the discount.
  66. During his typical off peak business hours and during peak business hours,
  67. he can typically based on his business model,
  68. decided to reduce the discounts as and how it suits his particular needs.
  69. Unlike
  70. most third party operators out there,
  71. think only charges a minimal transaction fee and does not work on a markup,
  72. as most of the other third parties does.
  73. As I've already mentioned in our system,
  74. there's no risk as the merchant's and businesses joined for free
  75. because there's no listing fees and there's no ongoing membership fees.
  76. Let's take a practical example.
  77. Let's say the customer or our bias would frequent, Let's say, a merchant,
  78. which is one of our members.
  79. And let's just say it's a pizza
  80. shop. Let's say the cost of a pizza is $10.
  81. Lets furthermore assume the merchant work on a 10% discount.
  82. That would mean the customer enjoys the benefit
  83. of $1 discount against the $10 expense.
  84. The cost of a pizza. $10.10 percent discount, $1. So the customer pays $9.
  85. And the merchant pays 3%
  86. transaction fee
  87. for utilising our technology
  88. on the $9 which is a brand new customer,
  89. that he had no upfront cost for no risk.
  90. So that means that this business now acquired a new customer
  91. that spend $10 while $9 with him after the discount and $10 before the discount.
  92. And more importantly, this merchant,
  93. total cost for acquiring this new customer is a mere 27 cents.
  94. Any business owner will know that this is the
  95. cheapest possible way ever of acquiring a new customer
  96. In addition to the discount and loyalty,
  97. why would a customer be happy to buy from the same merchant over and over again?
  98. And for that reason,
  99. we also offer an hour system allows the merchants to also offer
  100. a loyalty reward programme with every customer that comes through our system.
  101. The cost of a pizza after the discount in the example that I've used was $9.
  102. Then once the customer paid the $9 to the merchant directly to the merchant,
  103. then
  104. our system awards
  105. the customer additional 10% based on the $9 that he paid,
  106. and the customer earns additional 90 cents
  107. loyalty that can be used against a future date
  108. and time for an expert purchase as a discount.
  109. Again, it's important to notice the 90 cent discount for a future purchase.
  110. It's not a matter where the customer can claim 90 cent
  111. worth of product. He can only claim against the 90 cents
  112. whatever portion of discount the merchant is offering at that moment in town.
  113. It is also important to note the loyalty discount can be earned
  114. and redeemed only at the merchant where the loyalty was earned.
  115. This then means the merchant is insured and guaranteed
  116. of the fact that the customer will come back,
  117. if not at the very least,
  118. very certain that the customer will come back for a future purchase in time to come.
  119. Our fast growing member base is because of our unique technology,
  120. where we partnered up with community interest groups all around the world,
  121. all of which are signed up for free,
  122. such as schools, clubs, charities,
  123. merchants, even
  124. workers, unions
  125. and so forth.
  126. Nonprofits and community interest groups share in the 3%
  127. revenue that is born out of a successful
  128. transaction between the merchant and our customers.
  129. Because of this, we have incredibly fast growing community.
