  1. Hello. I'm out here searching for God.
  2. The question I want to answer is, Does God exist
  3. now? What do I mean by that?
  4. So there have been so many documented religions, and many
  5. of them reference God, such as Christianity, Islam, Judaism and
  6. those are all monotheistic.
  7. There's also polytheistic who reference multiple gods like Norse gods,
  8. the Greek and Roman gods in the Hindu gods.
  9. And then you have the atheists who believe in no
  10. God, it all and the non religious people of that
  11. type. So with so many different categories and levels of
  12. religion, how do we know which one is right, if
  13. any, Based on my own studies that I've done, I
  14. believe I have an answer to that.
  15. So I'm led to believe in the agnostic standpoint that
  16. there is a possibility that God exists, so to explain
  17. myself. Um, perhaps the existence of multiple religions is due
  18. to the interpretation of events by people with different mindsets.
  19. And it's possible that these events leading to the beliefs
  20. and higher powers were true legitimate occurrences that we can
  21. attribute to God.
  22. But it's also possible that these people experience something that
  23. they could not explain or never experienced before unless they
  24. decided there must be a God who is responsible.
  25. Someone who has written a lot on the question of
  26. Does God exist is William Paley, and he uses the
  27. example of a watch.
  28. So he finds a watch in some strange a feat
  29. of Heath um, somewhere where people usually wouldn't be.
  30. And he questions well, how did this get here?
  31. It's such a complex little piece of machinery, so someone
  32. must have created it.
  33. And this is where we can relate to the watchmaker
  34. as, ah, higher being such as God.
  35. So whoever created that that a novel, your experience or
  36. event must have been someone more intelligent, like God and
  37. Paley maybe arguing for the existence of God and his
  38. writing. But he also makes the point that the watch
  39. is so intriguing because we don't know how it got
  40. there or how it was made.
  41. But there could still be an easy answer for that,
  42. like someone came walking through earlier and dropped it.
  43. Or a watchmaker explains how years of trial and error
  44. with basic tools created that watch so you can believe
  45. one thing or the other and arguments that people may
  46. have for this are, Well, what if there is no
  47. answer? We could easily attribute the inexplicable to God to
  48. ease the stress in our brain of I don't know
  49. what this is or why this happened, and nobody else
  50. knows either.
  51. We could easily pin that on anything without cold, hard
  52. scientific fact, and that would solve whatever is going on
  53. in our brain to make us feel better because it's
  54. so stressful.
  55. But the only answer I see is that any opinion
  56. is acceptable.
  57. The opinion that either yes or no could be valid
  58. is an answer.
  59. It's agnosticism.
  60. Some might not want you to choose the gray area,
  61. but sometimes that can be the best choice to make
  62. for you in a certain situation.
  63. Or maybe that's actually the best representation of how you
  64. feel about the situation of Does God exist?
  65. There have been so many spiritually accounts and in favor
  66. of the existence of God, but there's also a massive
  67. lack of scientific evidence to show that God Israel.
  68. So right now, with what we have, we can on
  69. Lee say that it is possible God exists, so to
  70. answer the question, Does God exist?
