  1. Yeah. Hi, David and Rashid. I hope you're very well.
  2. Um, and I hope the weight to be able to get this is it's worthwhile.
  3. So I've created a presentation which I'm hoping will serve the purpose
  4. to answer the questions that we potentially had from our last call
  5. around, Um, kind of the journey that people have gone to.
  6. Um, So this is a presentation which is very interactive,
  7. that you can kind of work on through,
  8. um and kind of, you know, be able to, you know,
  9. to navigate for yourself around what we do.
  10. Um,
  11. the what I wanted to kind of try and bring to life, to a certain extent,
  12. is the kind of the science aspects of what we're talking around, Um,
  13. and give you some of the kind of the journey that we've
  14. perhaps talked about that might help you on the journey forwards.
  15. And as much as obviously, we've got the C coach, which is, um,
  16. I think he's getting more and more described as a bit of
  17. a pocket coach and expert friend by people that are using it.
  18. But the idea behind it being that you don't know what you don't know,
  19. so individuals are blind to the kind of the path and the
  20. kind of some soft skills that they have and and consequently,
  21. managers will be to,
  22. um to be able to kind of understand what those
  23. skills that are getting in the way or behaviours.
  24. You know, again, we talked about
  25. how do you have a conversation with somebody
  26. about their behaviour when it's not being detailed
  27. or documented by anybody? It's really tough conversation to have.
  28. So the first part of the journey is around helping individuals
  29. become conscious of what they don't know.
  30. And that's where you know, where else do you get that?
  31. And obviously the platform gives you that for the soft skills
  32. very quickly, then being helped you become conscious about your incompetence.
  33. Um, in the very first step of the process in the In the Coach,
  34. which is a bit of self evaluation and self reflection,
  35. what you can do it very quickly identifies
  36. individual bits that you can do differently.
  37. And that's where the learning effectively starts because in many instances
  38. you don't need development to undertake some of the changes.
  39. As an example,
  40. won't you identify,
  41. um,
  42. in listening that you spend time thinking about what you want to
  43. say rather than thinking to the individual or listening to the individual.
  44. Um, once you become familiar with that, what development do you actually need?
  45. You don't necessarily need any. Um,
  46. you just need to become conscious that
  47. actually in your next interactions that you're going
  48. to do that and you're going to focus on just purely listening to them.
  49. So then, because you can then become consciously competent with it,
  50. or there's development content that's in the platform.
  51. And then it's then about kind of how do we support the journey?
  52. So that actually just becomes habitual.
  53. And that's where the reminders,
  54. the interactions with managers and then the refreshers kind of
  55. come into place that are built into the platform.
  56. And there's some more information in here about around, you know,
  57. some of the thinking, um, you know, connected with neuroscience and so psychology,
  58. neuroscience and change management principles,
  59. Um, and then a bit of information on our framework.
  60. And again you can click onto the spell to go into a little bit more detail on them,
  61. you know, should you wish to,
  62. um So the question most specifically that we're looking to answer is kind
  63. of what's the journey of the individuals will go through and again,
  64. I've kind of created this so you can just navigate through it.
  65. And what it will do is it will kind of show
  66. you the individual steps that an individual will go through.
  67. Um, so you can kind of play on through that,
  68. and it will kind of take you through each one of those,
  69. Um,
  70. and again you can navigate and look at what
  71. the kind of the manager journey is That's associated
  72. as well and what the manager gets to see
  73. and how that supports the journey in transition.
  74. So I'm hoping that that's a kind of a quick whistle stop tour of, um
  75. of the presentation, and it will help you.
  76. You'll be great to get together and kind of talk about, you know,
  77. how can we take this forward and, you know,
  78. put it into some sort of practise at whatever scale.
  79. Um, that would kind of suit and start to see how it works.
  80. Um, in reality, in a in A in a kind of real world reality and real world,
  81. obviously being the same thing.
  82. But anyway, I hope you're both well,
  83. and I'm hoping that this helps I'll speak to you soon.
