Hi,

my name is Cindy Davis and I am the Director of agent Services and

Technology and I'm so excited that you've made the decision to join us.

So I've made this short little video for you to answer some of

the most commonly asked questions I get when filling out the paperwork.

So let's get started.

The first thing you're going to receive is an email and a text.

You're gonna get those at the same time.

The image that you see at the top of the screen is what the email address looks like.

That will have a link for you to log into a system called Makram Otis and you can see

your log in information there and below that is

a screenshot of what the text message looks like.

Do yourself a favor and fill out the paperwork on the computer.

You avoid some frustration trying to do it on your cell phone.

Once you log into that account, you're going to see the image at the top there.

It says need your attention is in the green bar.

When you click on that, it'll give you a drop down menu,

you click on your name and then you'll see the image below.

Um that is where the actual paperwork is.

So to get started, you're going to start where the little red triangles are.

So you're gonna start right at the beginning.

The boxes with the red triangles are where you're actually filling out the

information and then the boxes with the green triangles are the actual forms.

So you'll see in the lower right corner there's a button that says next.

The point of that is just that is to hit next.

So you feel a section out hit next and

it'll actually tell you if you missed something.

So just keep hitting that next button.

One of the first things that I get asked a lot is the tech setup info.

We've hired a company called Scotland remarketing

and they're actually going to set up all

your KdB systems and tools for you so you don't have to worry about it.

The first thing they're asking you for is what

would you like your Katumbi email address to be

Now?

You don't have to use this email address but you do have to have one set up,

it's the identifier for you in the system

Below that it will ask you what you would like your website address

to be and below that what you would like your password to be.

And when we first transfer your license or activate your license,

you're going to get an email from KW RI and

it will have a temporary password for you scott.

Leroi also gets that information and they log

into your account and they will change the

password to whatever you have identified there is what you would like it to be.

And there's a lot more to this section.

I've only um I'm only showing you the top half

of this because that's where the most questions are.

One thing to know is please don't let this hold up,

filling out your paperwork because all of this can

be very easily changed at a later date.

The next section that I get asked a lot of questions. When is the financial part?

So the first part of that screen is asking you for a debit or credit card.

Now we keep this information on file as a back up.

The first thing that we use that for is for your sign up fees.

So if you whatever day of the week you join us, we run the sign up fees on friday.

So if you joined us on a monday we're going to run your sign up feet on a friday.

Now your sign up fee has a 3% processing fee if we

use this card if you want to avoid that processing fee,

all you have to do is bring us a check or cash and you avoid that fee.

Now your monthly office fees are emailed to you usually between the

fifth and the eighth of the month they're due by the 20th.

So if you would like to bring a check by the office and drop it off, you can do that.

Or if you do online banking you can have the bank send us a check as long as we

have your check by the 20th we will not run this card on the 21st of the month.

So if you would like to avoid that fee um just make sure we get a check before that date

below that, you'll see bank account information.

Now, the bank account information is only for profit share direct deposit.

We will never ever ever withdraw money from this account.

Basically when you start earning profit share money,

that money is going to get direct deposit into this account.

And then below that you will see where

you're going to put your social security number.

And what type of business are you running

are you running as an individual sole proprietor?

Most new agents are individual sole proprietor, but some of you may have an LLC,

which is totally fine.

If you select that option, you'll see another area where you can put your E. I. N.

In there.

Next is the sponsorship information.

So this is another place that people get kind of stuck on a little bit.

So your sponsor is the person that's responsible for

you making the decision to join us here.

It could be another kill arenas agent here.

It could be a calorie ins agent at

another kilograms office anywhere across the country.

Maybe it was the recruiter that you met with. There are two options there.

The first option is if the person is already

at this office are already with a KW office.

The second option is if someone I told you about us and they are joining us as well,

but they're not here yet.

You beat them to it.

That allows you to give a temporary sponsor until that person gets there.

They only have 90 days to get here.

So if it's gonna be a while,

you're not going to be able to name them as their as your sponsor.

So you're gonna put the sponsors information in there,

please make sure you're sure of who your sponsor is.

Because once you name a sponsor, you cannot change it below that.

You will see information for the beneficiary.

The beneficiary has to do with profit share.

So once you are vested in profit share and something happens to you,

this would be who would you leave that money to now?

If you're married you have to put your spouse,

If you choose not to put your spouse,

don't fill this out, let me know.

And there's another form that you'll need to fill out to wave that option.

That's all I have. Hopefully have answered some of those questions for you.
