  20. a place to submit all the assignments when they're due.
  21. Uh The other thing is that we,
  22. you need to for Wednesday read Newport.
  23. Uh both the introduction and part one. It's three chapters, but it's quite short.
  24. The whole thing is about 35 pages maybe.
  25. Um And
  26. really, um you really
  27. need to get the book and get into that.
  28. I expect on
  29. Wednesday that I'm gonna ask different individuals to sort of
  30. just give a quick summary of the chapter.
  31. And I'm also gonna ask other individuals to
  32. comment on things that they may be underlying or
  33. specific things, uh, quotes and things that they saw. So,
  34. uh, do take that seriously. It'll be part of your participation grade to be
  35. uh involved and engaged with that.
  36. Um Finally, then, um, the other thing you have for Wednesday,
  37. it's just kind of a rough draft for your brand promise. It doesn't have to be
  38. very polished. You are trying to be fresh and trying to be,
  39. um,
  40. clear about some of the, your strengths and
  41. some of the things that, uh, you're interested in or good at,
  42. uh, wanna use fresh language,
  43. but don't worry about it
  44. too much in terms of, um, being real concise.
  45. You can probably end up with about 30 35 words and
  46. maybe when we're done it'll be down to 20 but
  47. gotta have something to start with. So
  48. get started on that.
