  10. And 137 people are said to be leaving us today.
  11. Communication will be the key to make sure everybody gets what they need.
  12. So be talking to your teammates.
  13. Everybody wins and loses together here at Peterson.
  14. Let's make it a great one for people coming in for the weekend
  15. Future groups,
  16. the 82nd airborne are going to be here 450 people having dinner in the Carolina Hall.
  17. If you're interested in being part of that shift is done.
  18. An all call to do the plate up about 530 in the banquet kitchen will be ready to
  19. help you get everything that you need to make
  20. sure that those 450 people have an amazing time.
  21. Some dedicated transportation and shuttles for this group as well.

  24. future and the updates at the Carolina hotel.
  25. The renovations have begun and of course we're
  26. gonna be closing the Carolina hotel december,
  27. 19th more to come on that.
  28. But it's exciting because now people are ready to know what is going to
  29. be going on in the Carolina hotel for the next couple of months.
  30. The renovation is on and ready to get moving forward.
  31. Some numbers for the day 11, 4 digit room night for the thanksgiving, which,
  32. which is unheard of.
  33. Very exciting. 359 room nights gained yesterday alone. Congratulations.
  34. The high performing sales center is definitely in full effect.
  35. Members should focus.
  36. There's a lot of events happening for our members during the month of december.
  37. They've got some candlelight dinners to enjoy the space
  38. and the peace that is the holiday season,
  39. of course, New Year's Eve.
  40. They're going to have a big old bash celebrating the members and to bring in 2022
  41. employee focus definitely got some great comments and nps for the last couple days.
  42. But this one I thought was really valuable If you look at this group,
  43. they said we had a great time with golf.
  44. All the people treated as well,
  45. The food was amazing and I've recommended this place to four
  46. or five my friends and they have already booked for 2022.
  47. There's some of those calls coming into the high performing sales center
  48. talent update. We are continuing to hire. We have about
  49. 100 or so jobs that are open and available.
  50. So we continue to bring in talent to help you out to make your lives easier
  51. and to bring people in that are excited to be working here at Pine Acres.

  53. A couple of things to look at the daily specials.
  54. What are people eating at all the restaurants, The sandwiches,
  55. posting their menu as well.
  56. The social media site, there's a health and wellness site.
  57. Make sure that you're engaging.
