  1. Hi, my name is Aurora Asbury.
  2. And today I am really excited to be telling you about myself. So to truly know me.
  3. Um This is an easy one. I would say you would need to know that I really love God
  4. and I really love traveling. So I'll tell you a little bit about my history first.
  5. So originally I'm from Oregon, Washington, my mom and dad uh grew up there.
  6. Um So we have some west coast blood in there.
  7. So
  8. growing up in New Jersey and New York,
  9. uh Texas definitely wasn't at the beginning of my uh
  10. college choices because it was super far.
  11. But, you know, God has other plans.
  12. All right. So some background for me. I am the youngest.
  13. It's just me and my older brother.
  14. Um I'm an English major at Baylor and I also am a religion minor.
  15. I also Irish.
  16. So we go to Ireland every couple of years to check
  17. in and Dublin is probably like one of my favorite places.
  18. So growing up, I was homeschooled and pri I went to private high school.
  19. I'm currently a ministry student at Baylor
  20. and I also go to Harris Creek So,
  21. and
  22. I'm also involved in the life group for the past year and a half.
  23. And I'm also at Brooks Residential
  24. and that has been a really awesome experience
  25. uh two years here
  26. and really enjoy the community. I also have my cl interviews
  27. uh soon. So I really hope we can get involved in
  28. uh the campus living and learning and also in the new student programs.
  29. So
  30. some things about me that I kind of said before, I
  31. love getting to know other people. I, I really love Baylor
  32. and
  33. I'm really excited to see what God has.
  34. I'm definitely more of the mom friends. People describe me as hard working
  35. and
  36. bever.
  37. So introvert and extrovert, definitely love to listen, but also love to have fun.
  38. Right?
  39. So that's my mom, my brother, they're some of the people that really influenced me
  40. to jump ship and come down to Baylor and
  41. I'm really excited to see um
  42. and be a part of the community in the line camp.
