Hey everyone, happy to meet him all, Once again, this
is freedom.
Today, I'm going to talk something important important for the
kids who are just out of school or out of
college desperately wanting to land an intention, Right?
So this is a real life case that I have
picked it from, uh, some certain followers on lengthen and
social media and then I'm gonna tell you this is
not something from the books which you have to do
or is just not some theory, this is a real
life case which you can implement, right?
So in general, what people do, they look up for
all the companies irrespective of the qualification there, uh, you
know, field of study or their interest and they threw
all the arrows by that.
I mean, they threw all their applications, right.
One thing as an intern, they try to land as
an intern in this company and then that's absolutely aimless.
And uh, the thing is the first step, what they
have to do is choose the right company, for example,
that could be apple or google or whatever in their
vicinity. Let's say for example, somebody is in Mumbai and
then pick a top company, choosing the department or the
dream company where they want to work as an intern.
Right? So let's say reliance or something like that, right?
Or let's say in Singapore's and banks, they have to
spot what is the dream company that they have to
work for?
That is the number one thing that they have to
find out.
And after that, demonstrate your skills dan, submitting your boring
CVS receiving is an application, whitewashing it with multiple colors
and beautiful photographs.
Nobody cares about all those things.
Of course there are people who do read that.
But then to land as an intern in style, these
things are not required, right?
So reach out to the right department and the hitch
our fault, right?
You have to know who is who in the organization
before you submit uh, CVR demonstrating your skills, right?
You can't just like the deer hiring manager.
No, that's not gonna work.
And dear sell dear Madam.
No, that's not gonna work, right?
So reach out.
You know, the people who are the right people in
the organization who could I hope whom you could grab
their attention on your CV or you know, when you
demonstrate the skill, right?
And this is a real life case and an example
for the security or you know, uh confidentiality purposes.
I have removed the name as well as the company
names the case.
It goes like this.
He is a graphic designer or social media, I would
say 3D modeling video editing guy and then he said
that I if you can read out on the post
here, I want to intern at so and so company
and here is my application.
I figured out that I was going to apply instead
of just submitting a CV or something.
What this guy did is he made actual treaty animation
video to impress the people who are going to hire
him or look out for intense, right?
He made it unpublished the video and then attack the
people in charge for that particular organization.
So this video, A lot of attentions as you can
see there are 82,000 people who have responded with 3000
people plus comments and then there's over a million 1.5
million views.
So when you take the company, when you take the
right people in the organization and you have demonstrated your
skills, imagine so many people have watched it involved and
they have appreciated you.
Isn't that the best thing a person can do and
after a month or a couple of weeks, what happened
is the same guy posted starting my internship with so
and so company today, last couple of days have been
quite overwhelming.
I'm sure the company would have been impressed by their,
by this guy's killed, right?
So he demonstrated his killed three stuck to the right
person and the best part as he managed to find
the company of his choice.
That's the company he wants to internet.
It's just that he didn't throw arrows like, you know,
200 companies.
So I was completely impressed within two months, sorry.
But in two weeks to one month this guy landed
and then as an intern and then he announced sling
then isn't it amazing how many of you are doing
this? Come on guys.
All the college college going guys are just passed out
of college if you want to land as an intern,
do this instant rather than reaching out to mom and
dad and asking their support and then impressing somebody who
is not even there.
So just go forward the mon studio skill and you
could say that, hey, you know, the graphic designs and
video making is a different skill, which you can put
it on social media, how will I have different set
of skills?
So if you want me to answer that, what creativity
do you have?
So I will leave it to you depending on your
field of knowledge, try to be creative, try to reach
out to the right person in the right company of
your choice.
Go and nail it, do it in style.
So that's the conclusion of this video.
Don't beg for internships.
Rather ask and demand it in style and by that
you automatically captured the crowd and then go a step
higher. Right?
Hope you enjoyed this video, guys, and do like my
page and then uh, post your comings.
If you're, if you like this video, I'll be shouting
more on business as well as interesting as well as
whatever interesting which I come across in my everyday life
with you, also that you stay informed with me, cheers.
