  1. Yeah.
  2. Hello. Hello. Hello. Welcome. Welcome.
  3. Welcome to one of the last videos and the business building section.
  4. We have covered a whole bunch of things. And now let's go ahead and get started.
  5. So what is your message?
  6. Well,
  7. I put this image of this lighthouse here
  8. because your message is actually like your lighthouse
  9. on internet.
  10. Um and you know,
  11. lighthouses are good because boats at sea that are lost
  12. and maybe in a storm if they see a lighthouse,
  13. they have hope
  14. the boats at sea and storms are people and their own storms
  15. and their own problems and your lighthouse the clearer and more powerfully,
  16. you know that we get your message the clearer.
  17. You can cash your message out there, cast a ray of light
  18. out there into the world and help people.
  19. Yeah,
  20. Okay, definitely.
  21. Your messages,
  22. how you communicate your offer to your market and get their attention,
  23. your your messages,
  24. you transmitting information like you're transmitting light.
  25. And a good message used the right amount and resonates
  26. with marketing niche to get their attention and communicate effectively.
  27. It uses the right amount of different things that we're gonna be talking about.
  28. Okay, and so your market message resonates.
  29. So what we're trying to achieve is something called market message resonance,
  30. right?
  31. When something resonate,
  32. that means when our message resonates and transmits the information to the market,
  33. right?
  34. Is when you tune your message to get on the same wavelength as your market niche,
  35. Once you tune your message to to be on the same wavelength as your market needs,
  36. you would easily get their attention.
  37. We easily get their attention.
  38. They do what you want
  39. and they do what they want, which is help,
  40. let's continue with the messages because this gets even deeper.
  41. Most businesses think that their niche doesn't want,
  42. doesn't buy or won't listen or stupid because they
  43. don't seem to get their attention and sell them.
  44. Most businesses actually are shouting, but all they're market here is noise
  45. and as you know,
  46. volume without signal only frustrates people and hysteria is think about it,
  47. if you,
  48. I have the radio on real loud and you turn to specific station and just
  49. earlier this is like you're like ah it's just ecstatic,
  50. that's what most marketers and most coaches and most people
  51. and service providers are doing because they're just saying,
  52. look, this is my course, this is my course by my course.
  53. It's like funk your course. What are the problems
  54. that people have and how can direct those problems already onto a course.
  55. That's how it gets powerful right?
  56. Instead of shouting your message, listen for feedback and then tune
  57. right. And so what we'll be doing later, I think in the next video
  58. or two, depending on how long this one is.
  59. But the next video,
  60. we are going to be going out into the market and
  61. starting to have some initial conversations with people in our marketplace.
  62. Very exciting, very kind of scary,
  63. but very exciting news and exciting trajectory on, okay.
  64. Um, instead of shouting your message,
  65. listen for feedback and tune your message then to your message until it
  66. resonates deep in your markets bone so that you're on the same wavelength
  67. you want the transition from selling raw
  68. materials and processes to selling solutions.
  69. Okay, that means that like you're not like, okay, yeah, raw material,
  70. a meditation or material, no processes selling solutions.
  71. I help people solve their inner pain problem.
  72. I help people solve the mathematical genius problem. Right?
  73. The market needs and wants and desires are the most important.
  74. Same.
  75. Okay, remember I'm, you're gonna always hear me say that,
  76. but the most important thing is to market needs, wants and desires.
  77. We make ourselves think we're important obviously
  78. were important to a certain degree,
  79. but not as important as the market needs wants and desires
  80. because market does not care about you.
  81. They care about getting to their desire situation,
  82. that's all.
  83. And once you understand this,
  84. you will be able to better
  85. move through this. Okay,
  86. so the most important thing, I'm gonna say it one more time,
  87. One more time because like
  88. so many people and like
  89. whenever you find yourself, okay, because even with my business coach is not like,
  90. um I still see this whenever you find yourself thinking more about you,
  91. just go back to how Daron says seven times in one video,
  92. the most important thing is market needs and desires.
  93. Am I putting my own thoughts about myself over the market needs and desires.
  94. Hmm.
  95. So you gotta think right. What problems do your market have?
  96. And the market research starts you with this?
  97. And then these initial conversations and initial market collection feedback
  98. from real people also help you with this as well.
  99. But these are the problems and you're going to see this
  100. come up in this video,
  101. next view of the videos app before this because
  102. these are the questions that you need to answer.
  103. It was like
  104. what problems do you mark have?
  105. What keeps your desire client awake at night with sickness and worried.
  106. Right, right.
  107. A list of all these problems from what you gathered from market
  108. research now select the most painful problem for this niche niche.
  109. What is that ball and chain? What is that most
  110. the thing that the parent or the or the person or the or whoever it is.
  111. I think that they're really struggling with
  112. and then it goes into this really central question here. Like do you
  113. like do you believe you can help them solve this problem?
  114. Do you believe that?
  115. Do you believe that
  116. then solving the problem helping them is gonna be
  117. about market research and the initial market feedback and then we start building
  118. Because here's the thing right?
  119. You no longer need to sell processes hours desirable as you sell
  120. solutions to your most painful problem so that you don't say.
  121. Yeah, I'm $20 an hour or yeah.
  122. You know this is the process I'm selling or this is no, no, no.
  123. You sell solutions down.
  124. You want to go from a nobody to a God sent then that's
  125. the coolest kind of thing to me when you go from a nobody
  126. like nobody knows you and then you're a
  127. godsend because you literally transform people's lives,
  128. your transition from selling the raw materials.
  129. A process of selling solution and desire feature
  130. his money is always tied into value and solving painful problems.
  131. Start by defining financially define your painful problem.
  132. Financial market defined the painful problem mostly
  133. of the of your market now define
  134. what is this problem and what could ultimately lead to if left unresolved?
  135. What's the worst case scenario if they don't fix it?
  136. These are the things that you got to know
  137. because the better you know this when we after we
  138. go through the sales process and we get to the
  139. market content process uh all that's gonna be super simple
  140. because you already did the work.
  141. A really strong message ties emotions and financials together to everyone.
  142. These are important.
  143. What does this person stand to gain financially if they saw this problem,
  144. what does this person stands again emotionally.
  145. If they solve this problem,
  146. you wanna be asked these questions thinking about the market research,
  147. think about it and those tried and true.
  148. 10 market research questions um and the other
  149. exercise the niche of high positive worksheet right?
  150. How good can can things get for this big
  151. person or business if they solve this problem,
  152. paint this picture so good that they can taste it in their mouth
  153. and keep improving your market
  154. and keep improving your audience.
  155. That's what is really
  156. really
  157. about.
  158. And so I want you to like, I don't want to go back to this one.
  159. Okay? Yeah, right?
  160. You no longer told processes hours,
  161. desirable as you now sell solutions to your markets most painful problem,
  162. right? You wanna be you want to go from a nobody
  163. to being somebody who was God sent,
  164. right?
  165. Because once you do that, you have transition because once you sell solutions,
  166. you now
  167. you're not just a coach. No, no, you are, you help people with a specific solution,
  168. right? And money is tied to value and solving pain with problems.
  169. And then we started to find it financially just like think about it.
  170. Okay, Like even if you know, like your offer doesn't help make more money,
  171. that doesn't mean
  172. it doesn't help them financially, because I think about it, right?
  173. Like for example,
  174. if,
  175. right, So let's say one of my clients, you know,
  176. let's say uh
  177. La Toya, let's go Toya Wright.
  178. How her mission is to really help students really like help teach students
  179. a place where like they can actually learn from their higher selves,
  180. right?
  181. And so well what does the family stand to gain financially
  182. by their Children being their higher self
  183. because you want to think about it?
  184. Obviously we're gonna be asking the parents to one day,
  185. but just wanna think about it now, right, What does it stand to gain emotionally?
  186. Well,
  187. the parents will feel so proud emotionally because
  188. the child is actualizing why they're here.
  189. And so I would probably make more money,
  190. which probably bring more money to the household
  191. right now to find what this problem could ultimately lead to if left unresolved.
  192. Well,
  193. the child doesn't find this bridge of purpose. Like
  194. there will be lost in the world. And
  195. why would you want your child to be lost in the world
  196. when you can give them the tools now for the best success.
  197. There's stuff that you're saying to, you know,
  198. the parents
  199. and what's the worst case if they don't fix it?
  200. The worst case is that
  201. They end up 80 years old without innocent
  202. without never asked themselves that their their purpose,
  203. right? This is the power of it. Okay.
  204. Because a really strong message ties the emotions and financial together now.
  205. So some messages, right?
  206. It's going to be more emotional, a little bit more financial.
  207. It just depends, right? But to everyone, these are important.
  208. What does this person stand to gain financially if they solve this problem?
  209. Well,
  210. more of it sounds like only more opportunities
  211. would open up to somebody if they would,
  212. it was in a better mindset,
  213. what the person said again, mostly based on this problem.
  214. Like these are the questions you have to ask yourself because as you ask yourself,
  215. as you clarify these questions, you're gonna be able to be like, oh
  216. I know exactly what you want.
  217. Oh
  218. and then you'll be able to buy, knowing exactly what people want.
  219. You'll be able to market more powerfully, you won't be sitting out static,
  220. you'll be sitting out
  221. like proper noise,
  222. proper radio signal
  223. and you will be able to really hit like touch their hearts.
  224. Okay,
  225. so that is what I want you to go through and think about and really
  226. take this time now before I post the next like I'm gonna post this
  227. video that there's videos after this where like y'all be reaching out to people.
  228. But before you reach out to people,
  229. two things thing number one,
  230. make sure that you finish in full of the market research video, the hour long video.
  231. Like I think right before this, make sure you finish that in full.
  232. If you cheat that process,
  233. it's going to,
  234. it's going to make everything else harder from here on now.
  235. So make sure that so rego over that, make sure no stone is left on time.
  236. And then also make sure that you're adding at least 20 people a day
  237. from Facebook from Facebook groups who are in your niche market or from Instagram
  238. people or from instagram post that in your market
  239. at them
  240. 20 a day
  241. so that you can start getting a coal and getting a almost like a population of
  242. people that you can then give initial questions
  243. to and really start talking to people too.
  244. But like I said before we do that,
  245. before we do that, make sure that you thoroughly
  246. unhinged. I'm sorry.
  247. Make sure that that you have thoroughly unhinged every single part
  248. of the market research that no stone is left unturned.
  249. Okay.
  250. And then once you do the market research and you finish this video,
  251. then the next video where I'll be showing you how to
  252. reach out initially and I'll be seeing you do that myself.
  253. Well, we'll be coming to you very shortly.
  254. Okay. Have a beautiful fresh air day and I'll talk to you next video.
