Hi, everybody.

I just wanted to add this little bit.

This is called a addendum.

Addendum just means an extra bit at it.

I ended up talking so much about bilingualism, my son.

I didn't get Thio to finish the self study, uh,

to finish up here.

So I just want to say again, just do the

usual stuff here as we always do with you know,

again, you've taken part in the activities during the class

and also your self study number four questions need to

be completed as usual.

And I just wanted to say at the bottom here,

the last item, the last bullet point says that, uh,

get ready for instruction about writing to which is going

to be a persuasive essay.

And you can look at the CSP about that.

Um, you don't have to do that right away.

Uh, that's going to be the next content class we

have after the exam.

The next.

The next time we discuss something, it will be the

writing. Okay, Our next writing assignments.

So again, that's our next content thing that we're going

to dio.

But, um, you can see if you look at our

schedule e I should say, Let me finish this real

quick. Um, in terms of optional activities, um, article for

critical thinking and the optional activity, which was a summary

activity this week, you can go ahead and do, but

something else I wanted to emphasize here is about zoom

and office time.

Yeah, e haven't emphasized this this yet, but I've been

doing office time.

I turn on Zoom and I and I am started.

I have started off this time where I talked to

different students when they need help.

And I've been telling students when they email me Oh,

let's go do this and zoom, Let's go talk and

zoom some students.

I just email back and forth on Dhe.

I don't need to zoom with them.

It doesn't seem necessary, but other students I've said, Hey,

let's go zoom this.

Do you know how to do Zoom?

Let's do zoom.

And so I've been helping with with them with them

that way.

And so I just want to make available to you,

especially starting this this next week when we're doing our

review class.

That's what I wanted to get the point.

I wanted to get to it the end here is

that you can see that we're going to have our

exam. We're going to have our exam in weeks.

Seven right and weak.

Seven. And I'll be telling you more about this.

Don't worry.

But we're finishing Week five and next week during week

six, we're going to be going to be reviewing for

the midterm exam.

So we're not having any new content next week for

week six.

You can see that that we're going to be dealing

with questions.

This is what I'm going to be answering all your

questions that you guys have had.

I'm gonna be going through anything.

I mean, be giving you the answer keys for all

the optional activities.

I'll be putting that up by by next month.

You know, by this Monday coming up for weeks.

Six. I'll put those up for you.

I'll be, um, discussing in the videos answers to your

questions, but also during this week, I want to make

clear that you can ask me questions by Zoom you

Can you zoom during actual office our time, so I'm

going to go to Zoom.

I'll publish this zoom link for all of you and

I'll be available for certain blocks of time.

It depends on how I do my videos.

I'll tell you the exact time, but I think it's

going to be 10.

Tend to 11 on Monday and Tuesday and maybe 10

to 12 on Wednesday.

I'll try toe do that those blocks because those air

good blocks of time, you know, not too early, but

not too late before lunch.

And it gives you a chance to come.

And what you could do with this office time is

you can, um you can you can come and ask

any particular question you have about anything on the exam.

Okay, Um, or anything related to preparing for the exam

or anything about classes?

Well, you can really ask anything you want, but here's

the thing.

The neck again next week, the the exam review classes,

you know, which will be classes 11 and 12.

Um, these two, these two classes will be a chance

for you to ask questions.

A chance for you to to, you know, to kind

of have input.

So the first class of the week, I'm going to

go over the exam style and then and I'll start

answering. If I you know whatever time I have left,

I'll start answering some of the questions that you have

that you guys have posted on your discussion boards and

then the second class.

This is important.

The second class.

I'll put this on the F Y I.

But the second class, um, of the week.

So this will be class 12 for next week.

For week six.

I might just Instead of having a video, I might

just not have a video.

And I might just open up the zoom class during

during our class time as well as the office time.

So I might just open up that time for you

to ask questions.

Join, Zoom.

If you want to join and ask any questions that

you have that you thought of in the meantime, Okay,

so be prepared for that next week.

Pay attention to the F.

Y. I pay attention.

I'll be telling you exactly what we're gonna do.

But again, here's the idea.

Next week is the review.

We're gonna have to classes, but I think the first

class is the only one that I'm gonna make videos

for. I'll make videos for the first class where I

go over the exam style and all answer.

Start answering your questions from the from the discussion boards

and then the second class of the week.

I hope to have a zoom class live a zoom

live class where I give you a chance to join

in and and again it will be optional.

You'll be able to just jump in and come for

just a few minutes and ask questions and leave.

Of course, it depends on you know, you can't always

just jump in and go.

If I'm talking with someone else, you may have to

wait, But again, I'll try toe try to do that.

Have a zoom class where we can answer questions live.

That might be kind of fun, huh?

Um anyway, I'll tell you more about that after and
