00:00 - 00:02
Hi. My name is Kirsten ST
00:02 - 00:04
I'm the Nordic founder of IA
00:04 - 00:06
International Leadership Academy,
00:06 - 00:10
And I'd like to present to you some amazing hacks that can make
00:10 - 00:15
your life so much easier and your leadership so much more effective.
00:15 - 00:17
But first, let's talk about you.
00:18 - 00:21
Do you recognise some of these common problems?
00:21 - 00:25
I hear them all the time as I work as a keynote speaker, a workshop leader,
00:25 - 00:26
a leadership trainer,
00:27 - 00:29
a facilitator of groups of group development.
00:29 - 00:33
And I hear again and again the same problems that are happening in
00:33 - 00:36
so many businesses around the world right now
00:37 - 00:39
that people feel that there's,
00:39 - 00:43
um, too much micromanagement, there's too little clarity in the leadership.
00:43 - 00:47
There's too little visionary, too few visionary leaders.
00:47 - 00:50
There's too little room for development. There's too little freedom.
00:50 - 00:55
So it they're in so much more fear and unsafe than before. So it's
00:55 - 00:58
a very challenging environment and it doesn't get better
00:58 - 01:01
if we look at what's happening in rapid growth companies.
01:01 - 01:03
They are also just overworked,
01:03 - 01:08
exhausted and feel that they have a hard time keeping up with
01:08 - 01:13
all the new challenges that are presented to all of us,
01:13 - 01:15
and, um as we all know
01:15 - 01:18
the health of our team terms the the
01:19 - 01:23
degree to which we can create the success that we would like to create in this
01:23 - 01:27
new era where there are so many opportunities but how to take advantage of them.
01:27 - 01:29
Well, that depends on the health of our team.
01:30 - 01:34
And, uh, also if we need to live up to those 17
01:34 - 01:37
world goals that have now become mandatory for many businesses,
01:38 - 01:40
we cannot just do it with business as usual.
01:40 - 01:44
We need to work also on the inner development goals,
01:44 - 01:46
and that becomes a challenge when there's so much
01:46 - 01:48
stress in the system as we experience right now,
01:49 - 01:52
an amazing amount of people experience daily stress
01:52 - 01:55
to the point where it actually is almost
01:55 - 02:00
something that, uh, that paralyses and definitely blocks creativity.
02:00 - 02:03
And what do we need now? We need creativity in order to
02:04 - 02:07
solve all the problems that we are presented with.
02:08 - 02:12
So that's such a good idea that there's so much stress. And I'd like to ask you,
02:12 - 02:14
how much does stress actually cost you?
02:15 - 02:18
Because businesses are so preoccupied with cutting costs
02:18 - 02:22
well, a very obvious place to go is to cut cut down on stress.
02:22 - 02:27
It costs the EU EU 3 €300 billion a year.
02:27 - 02:31
So it's a very obvious place to look if you want to save some money
02:31 - 02:32
cut down on stress.
02:34 - 02:35
Also,
02:35 - 02:39
it makes sense to just pause for a minute and get interested in
02:40 - 02:42
what is actually what has shifted,
02:42 - 02:45
because we are no longer in the 20th century and you might have noticed.
02:45 - 02:47
But many of us play
02:47 - 02:51
the game of business and leadership as if we were still in the 20th century.
02:51 - 02:55
We still use the same tools. We still have the same operate under the same paradigm,
02:56 - 02:58
but the rules are completely different now.
02:58 - 03:00
The 21st century is so different in its anatomy,
03:01 - 03:07
so we cannot create success if we keep playing the new game with the old rules.
03:08 - 03:14
And, uh, many people learn that the hard way so many businesses go extinct. Even
03:15 - 03:15
the big,
03:16 - 03:22
honourable, classic businesses that we thought were gonna be here forever. No,
03:22 - 03:27
that's not obvious anymore. You really have to keep up in order to stay relevant.
03:28 - 03:30
The businesses that fail are the businesses that
03:30 - 03:33
are not quickly that not fast enough at learning
03:33 - 03:36
the new rules of the game and you have You can't just hear about them.
03:36 - 03:41
You really have to learn them and adapt them, adapt to them, adopt them,
03:41 - 03:42
adapt,
03:42 - 03:45
change or die is the new, uh, rule of the game.
03:46 - 03:50
So if we give you, uh, an image from the that, you probably know,
03:50 - 03:54
you know, that you can't play the new apps on the old phones. So this is the same thing.
03:54 - 03:56
If you don't master the new leadership,
03:57 - 04:00
there are just opportunities you can't access because you don't.
04:00 - 04:02
You don't even see them.
04:02 - 04:04
You're not even presented with them. So
04:04 - 04:09
you have to keep up now with the new development. Also, because things go so fast
04:09 - 04:11
that if you don't, uh, if you don't,
04:11 - 04:13
if you're not a fully awake you miss out
04:13 - 04:17
on changes that are happening overnight as you're sleeping.
04:17 - 04:20
Something is happening in the world that changes the
04:20 - 04:22
circumstances and changes the rules of the game.
04:22 - 04:24
So we better be, uh, up to speed.
04:24 - 04:27
And we can more easily do that when we help
04:27 - 04:29
each other because it's very challenging for one person.
04:29 - 04:32
I would actually say that it has become impossible for one person.
04:33 - 04:36
We can get some good advice from this good old guy,
04:36 - 04:39
one person who actually made a big difference.
04:39 - 04:40
Einstein, he said.
04:40 - 04:44
You cannot solve a problem at the same level of thinking that created the problem.
04:44 - 04:48
So what is the task now for all of us, especially leaders
04:48 - 04:50
and ambitious people, founders, entrepreneurs,
04:50 - 04:54
creators is to shift the level of consciousness
04:54 - 04:56
on this level of consciousness.
04:56 - 04:59
Lots of problems, repetition of old patterns, repetition of all problems.
04:59 - 05:03
On this level, you can see solutions that you don't have access to down here.
05:03 - 05:06
So that's the task for all of us.
05:07 - 05:08
And the faster the better.
05:09 - 05:10
How do I know all this?
05:10 - 05:13
Well, first of all, I have been studying this for the past 30 years.
05:13 - 05:16
I've always been passionate about two tracks.
05:16 - 05:19
What is happening in the future? What is where are the what are the trends?
05:19 - 05:20
And, uh,
05:20 - 05:22
the other track was how do we make sure we
05:22 - 05:24
get to a place where we actually would like to be
05:25 - 05:29
and, uh, written several books about it. I think I'm on the ninth book right now.
05:29 - 05:33
The two international two news international books on their way out.
05:33 - 05:34
Um,
05:34 - 05:36
but I have also been experimenting with this
05:36 - 05:40
in leadership laboratories for the past 20 years,
05:40 - 05:41
and I've experienced
05:41 - 05:46
countless people transform from the old to the new,
05:46 - 05:48
and everybody when they get to hear, they say,
05:48 - 05:50
Ah ha,
05:50 - 05:55
Oh, I had no idea. I didn't know that life could look like that.
05:55 - 05:57
I didn't know that this was even possible.
05:58 - 06:01
I have also eaten the my own medicine.
06:01 - 06:06
Uh, I have been working in the transmission, uh, field for many years, but I have also
06:07 - 06:10
tried, You know, I have also eaten my own medicine
06:10 - 06:12
and sometimes, uh, more or less voluntarily,
06:13 - 06:16
I have also experienced big disruptions in my own life
06:16 - 06:18
and in my own business and had to handle that
06:19 - 06:22
in challenge in, in in, uh, in new ways.
06:22 - 06:24
So the biggest challenge happened to me when my,
06:25 - 06:27
uh, middle son was diagnosed with cancer
06:28 - 06:32
and not when he was diagnosed with cancer. It was turned out that it was incurable,
06:32 - 06:33
and, uh,
06:33 - 06:37
we managed to cure the cancer with these innovative
06:37 - 06:40
methods that I had been studying for many years.
06:40 - 06:42
The connection between mind and body.
06:42 - 06:47
And there's so many new new methods available for us in the area of health as well.
06:47 - 06:51
Um, but even though we managed to cure him from the incurable cancer,
06:51 - 06:54
he actually still died
06:55 - 06:57
not of cancer, but of the side effect
06:57 - 06:59
of the method that we had found.
07:00 - 07:03
So that sent me on a big journey.
07:03 - 07:06
And what I discovered
07:06 - 07:09
was that I decided to go up and sit down.
07:09 - 07:13
And what I discovered was that that was actually possible
07:14 - 07:18
not to say that I recommend having such a drastic experience,
07:18 - 07:21
but we don't always choose what happens to us.
07:21 - 07:22
And I'm sure that you know,
07:22 - 07:25
from your own life or the people you know or people in
07:25 - 07:28
your company that we can get hit when we least expect it
07:29 - 07:31
with divorce with a bankruptcy
07:31 - 07:36
with, uh, financial problems with stress, with burnout, with
07:36 - 07:39
problems with our kids diagnosis happening out of the blue,
07:39 - 07:42
we are vulnerable as human beings.
07:42 - 07:47
And, uh, next thing you know, we can experience a challenge that is overwhelming,
07:47 - 07:49
and that is that disrupts our current pattern.
07:50 - 07:53
My challenge happened when I was just at the peak of my career,
07:53 - 07:55
going international with my leadership trainings.
07:55 - 07:56
Boom.
07:56 - 07:59
My child gets ill and sends me back to a long long journey,
07:59 - 08:03
and the journey I took was actually this one falling down
08:03 - 08:06
and really, uh, getting into the
08:06 - 08:08
to the deep pain of losing.
08:09 - 08:12
But also through my decision of going up and down,
08:12 - 08:16
discovering that it's actually possible to expand from crisis,
08:16 - 08:22
to open up to more creativity, to more hard power, to more resilience,
08:22 - 08:27
to more innovation, power to more relational power to more, um,
08:28 - 08:31
more resources that I didn't even know I had.
08:31 - 08:34
And if it's possible for me in a situation
08:34 - 08:36
that people call the worst situation you can experience,
08:36 - 08:40
it's also possible for you, no matter what you have experienced.
08:40 - 08:45
And I teach this recipe to my leadership, uh, participants again and again.
08:45 - 08:47
And they they too, open up to,
08:47 - 08:48
uh,
08:48 - 08:52
things that didn't have had any idea that this was possible.
08:52 - 08:54
They open up to new resources in their system,
08:55 - 08:57
and I think this is what we need to do now.
08:57 - 08:59
So my company,
08:59 - 08:59
Mina,
09:00 - 09:03
means please enlighten me, and my company is now
09:03 - 09:08
as a refers as a sort of a torch, pointing to the paths that we can take
09:08 - 09:15
and helping people become lighthouses that shine and show the new path forward,
09:15 - 09:18
and it's so inspiring because we discovered that there's so
09:18 - 09:21
much more than we thought was possible as humans.
09:21 - 09:24
Our world is so much bigger than we even had any clue
09:25 - 09:29
all the people that are employed in my company, uh,
09:29 - 09:30
as, um
09:30 - 09:36
in in all their functions as experts, as as a as A as teachers, guest teachers,
09:36 - 09:39
they all have in common that they have taken the journey themselves.
09:39 - 09:43
And I I dwell on this point because I find it's very important when
09:43 - 09:47
you choose what mentor you want to have or who you want to have.
09:47 - 09:49
Lead your team or lead your team on the new
09:50 - 09:50
path. Uh,
09:50 - 09:54
help your team discover what's possible. Help your team expand.
09:54 - 09:57
Help your team, uh, adapt to the new reality.
09:57 - 09:59
It's very important that you know that there's a very
10:00 - 10:02
radical difference between talking about
10:02 - 10:06
and presenting concepts and presenting theories
10:06 - 10:07
and having
10:07 - 10:09
lived through something.
10:10 - 10:14
So the people who present theories speak from head to head,
10:14 - 10:14
and
10:15 - 10:17
probably the participants who listen will.
10:18 - 10:18
They will
10:19 - 10:21
get about 20% of what's said.
10:21 - 10:24
But the people who transmit from heart to heart
10:24 - 10:27
because they've been in the places they talk about,
10:28 - 10:30
they can transmit, and so they can.
10:30 - 10:34
They can sort of affect. So just being in the room with people like that
10:34 - 10:35
elevate
10:35 - 10:37
the people, the participants level of consciousness,
10:38 - 10:41
so the transformation can happen so much faster.
10:41 - 10:43
So I just tell you this again,
10:43 - 10:47
because a lot of companies are very preoccupied with saving money,
10:47 - 10:50
so they're trying to choose the safe choice,
10:50 - 10:53
and the safe choice is often companies that are
10:53 - 10:56
respected to have a good reputation from the past.
10:57 - 10:59
But this is a new game.
10:59 - 11:03
We are now having to adopt a future that is unknown,
11:04 - 11:07
so the institutions of the past are not necessarily
11:08 - 11:09
the safest bet. Now
11:10 - 11:14
it's more safe to choose to go with people who have been
11:14 - 11:19
on the path of the future and who have experienced what the new pathway,
11:19 - 11:21
how they look, how you access them,
11:21 - 11:25
how you access all the new possibilities so very important to choose
11:25 - 11:30
mentors who have taken the journey themselves and can show you the way
11:31 - 11:35
because we all need to make this process this minimal process from the old
11:35 - 11:37
to the new, and it's so exciting.
11:37 - 11:41
And if you have a good guide, your process can be so much shorter.
11:41 - 11:42
And this is what I'm here to share
11:42 - 11:46
because, uh, I can share with you some hecs.
11:46 - 11:50
But I can also tell you as a leader, you can can only take your team
11:50 - 11:55
and your company to your own level of consciousness. You cannot take it any further.
11:55 - 11:58
So your interest as a leader is to heighten your
11:58 - 12:01
level of consciousness as fast and as thoroughly as possible.
12:02 - 12:05
Because only then will you be able to take your company with you.
12:06 - 12:08
But you can't do that when you're here.
12:08 - 12:11
You can't take everybody else over here and
12:11 - 12:12
you can't certainly can't take your company.
12:12 - 12:16
But this is what's required on you right now. So
12:17 - 12:20
hence my invitation to step on
12:20 - 12:25
the, uh, speeder of transforming from the old ways to the new.
12:25 - 12:28
And also I can recommend to you that your team play,
12:28 - 12:30
uh, with the same rules.
12:30 - 12:34
So because if some play monopoly and another one plays chess, it will just be very,
12:34 - 12:35
very complicated.
12:35 - 12:41
And let's acknowledge that teams are systems and if we play,
12:41 - 12:42
don't play by the same rules.
12:42 - 12:47
We can spend so much energy in conflict and antagonism and
12:47 - 12:49
competition and
12:49 - 12:50
and wrestling
12:50 - 12:53
instead of just doing the work and accessing flow.
12:53 - 12:58
So the new game, if you follow the new, uh, the new rules of the game,
12:58 - 13:00
you can create flow instead of blocks.
13:00 - 13:01
So
13:01 - 13:02
what's not to like?
13:03 - 13:05
Here's some examples of people we've helped.
13:05 - 13:10
This person I'm referring to right here was a woman in a big,
13:10 - 13:11
um,
13:11 - 13:16
I would say very masculine environment, very old fashioned, uh, very rigid,
13:16 - 13:18
very hierarchical structure.
13:18 - 13:22
And she was stuck, and she was actually considering quitting when I met her.
13:22 - 13:27
But I told her to just give that company one more chance, and I taught her to shine.
13:27 - 13:29
I told her to, uh,
13:29 - 13:31
turn on the light in herself and turn on
13:31 - 13:33
the light on all the problems that she experienced.
13:33 - 13:38
So one by one, we solved her problems. I gave her new indications on how you could.
13:38 - 13:41
You could handle this in this way. You could handle that problem that way.
13:41 - 13:46
You could handle that bus in that way, and she expanded from it and and found out, Wow,
13:46 - 13:50
there's so many tools that make my old problems disappear.
13:50 - 13:56
And she started shining and she shined in a way that she inspired her teammates
13:56 - 14:01
and, uh, they they they all started looking to her for how to do things in a new way.
14:01 - 14:05
And they flourished and created lots and lots of successful results
14:05 - 14:08
to the point where the company is now looking to her and
14:08 - 14:12
her team and giving her the opportunity to transform the whole company,
14:13 - 14:16
because obviously, she and her team are doing something that really works.
14:16 - 14:19
So this is a great example of the power of one person
14:20 - 14:25
and how important it is for you as a company to retain a woman like that
14:25 - 14:26
or a man
14:26 - 14:28
or anybody in between,
14:28 - 14:30
because otherwise you miss out on that
14:30 - 14:36
that very person, that very creative power that can put you on a future proof track.
14:36 - 14:38
So important lesson there.
14:38 - 14:41
We also have lots and lots of entrepreneurs
14:41 - 14:45
and, uh, founders, and they all have that problem that they work way too much,
14:45 - 14:49
and they're way too stressed, and they're way too burned, and they have to to
14:49 - 14:52
take care of way too many things. And we teach them how to work smarter
14:52 - 14:53
and, um,
14:54 - 14:57
achieve much more with much less so they're all like hallelujah.
14:57 - 14:59
Finally, I can breathe.
15:00 - 15:01
And finally, I am not,
15:01 - 15:03
uh, just trying to
15:03 - 15:05
to cope and survive.
15:05 - 15:09
I can, actually, I do actually have my head above the water, and I can see clearly.
15:09 - 15:11
And I can be a much,
15:11 - 15:13
much more powerful leader who takes my company
15:13 - 15:16
on a healthy track into the future without,
15:16 - 15:20
uh, this frantic stress energy that can kill a business,
15:20 - 15:22
especially when you're on a fast track.
15:23 - 15:24
We also help teams.
15:24 - 15:27
I said before that you probably know many of you
15:27 - 15:30
that teams can have so many issues in between them,
15:30 - 15:31
and people don't quit
15:31 - 15:33
a job because of the job itself.
15:33 - 15:36
They often quit because of the boss or because of the problem with the teammate,
15:37 - 15:40
so resolving those nuts between people.
15:40 - 15:44
And we do that by, uh, learning the new ways, which are the ways of the heart
15:45 - 15:45
and the soul.
15:45 - 15:47
It's not so much in the head because the
15:47 - 15:49
head creates the mind creates so much trouble.
15:49 - 15:54
But if we open up for new pathways between new connections between people,
15:54 - 15:57
all those old rocks can dissolve and then you create
15:57 - 16:01
the space for flow and for synergy and for creativity,
16:01 - 16:05
and cooperation and cooperation, which is the way of the new company.
16:05 - 16:10
No more hierarchies but network structures where we create a lot of, um,
16:10 - 16:13
fruitful synergy between us.
16:14 - 16:16
We do that for our coal companies as well.
16:16 - 16:20
And this is why I'm excited about an opportunity I'm presenting later in this video,
16:20 - 16:26
which is a heck that enables a whole company to align at the same time for a very,
16:26 - 16:28
very low cost price.
16:28 - 16:33
Because now there are amazing methods that can align every one of us and, uh,
16:33 - 16:35
in a very, very short time.
16:35 - 16:40
The the the programme I'm talking about today can be as short as 90 days,
16:40 - 16:43
and you can make a radical shift in all 90 days.
16:43 - 16:44
How amazing is that?
16:44 - 16:49
Doesn't need to take 30 years in therapy or 30 years on meditation.
16:49 - 16:50
Uh, pillow.
16:50 - 16:54
You can actually make an A a radical shift in only 90 days with the help
16:54 - 16:59
of technology and all the wisdom that we have gathered the last a few 1000 years.
16:59 - 17:01
And companies can benefit from this.
17:01 - 17:06
And this is a company Who, uh, who said all our leaders at my leadership training.
17:06 - 17:08
And they said that this way they accessed
17:08 - 17:11
resources that they didn't even know they had.
17:11 - 17:15
So all companies have so much intelligence in
17:15 - 17:17
the company that they haven't harvested yet.
17:17 - 17:22
But if you open up for the dormant resources, you can access this, uh,
17:22 - 17:24
intelligence and use it.
17:24 - 17:28
Use this collective intelligence to create better results faster.
17:28 - 17:30
So this is what's possible for all of us.
17:31 - 17:33
So how we can help you is that we can help
17:33 - 17:36
you access those dormant resources and just a little tip.
17:36 - 17:41
These dormant resources are not in the area of doing but in the area of being.
17:41 - 17:42
And, uh,
17:42 - 17:47
if you work with the air of being, you will get more balance between being and doing.
17:47 - 17:50
And this is how you can create this beautiful, uh,
17:50 - 17:53
feeling of everything flowing you don't of effortless
17:53 - 17:57
doing of of hitting that beautiful place where
17:58 - 18:01
where you do what you love, you, uh, have, uh,
18:01 - 18:05
happiness at work and you create extraordinary results.
18:05 - 18:09
Isn't that where we all wanna go Could also help you turn crisis into quantum leap.
18:09 - 18:14
We can help you, uh, stay in integrity with who you really are.
18:14 - 18:17
Instead of being called by the whirlwind of
18:17 - 18:21
rapid change and losing yourself in the process.
18:21 - 18:24
And we can also help you with those new demands of the S T. G s,
18:25 - 18:28
which really require a new inner mindset and a
18:28 - 18:31
new inner logic and new inner operating system.
18:31 - 18:32
You could say,
18:32 - 18:37
um, so that is aligned with what the new demands are out there in the world.
18:38 - 18:41
The good news is they create a better world at home, at work in the world,
18:41 - 18:42
in the same goal.
18:42 - 18:45
So it's a good investment. It's energy saving.
18:45 - 18:48
And, yes, you do need some kind of help from the outside.
18:48 - 18:50
You're not gonna be able to do this process alone.
18:50 - 18:54
I'm just gonna tell you like it is if you choose to work with me or anybody else,
18:54 - 18:58
choose to work with someone because you you will not be able to make the shift, uh,
18:58 - 19:01
by yourself, because you don't see your blind spots
19:02 - 19:04
and you don't see the your potential either.
19:04 - 19:08
You you are bound to think too small about yourself, no matter how big you think,
19:09 - 19:14
because you miss important aspects because you do not have eyes everywhere.
19:14 - 19:16
So we do all need help from the outside,
19:16 - 19:19
especially when we embark on a journey like this,
19:19 - 19:22
the shift excuse. My language will come up.
19:22 - 19:26
Everything that's not working will come up. So you need somebody to care
19:26 - 19:29
for helping you through that
19:29 - 19:32
so that you get to the other side and there's always light on the other side.
19:32 - 19:36
But sometimes we need to hold somebody's hand or have somebody point with the torch
19:36 - 19:39
and show us where we can find the light. And then we can
19:39 - 19:43
We can get there so much faster and with so much less stress.
19:44 - 19:47
So how do we do this? We distilled,
19:47 - 19:49
didn't invent distilled
19:49 - 19:54
seven, uh, timeless principles whose time has come.
19:54 - 19:58
And we shaped those into a leadership, uh, navigator, which is shaped like a diamond
19:59 - 20:02
because it's a ban balance of the masculine and the feminine.
20:02 - 20:05
So equal balance between masculine and feminine energies,
20:05 - 20:08
which is the energies that everything in the world consists of.
20:08 - 20:13
And it's also shaped like a diamond, because we, uh, the process we are, uh,
20:13 - 20:16
we we need to do is to polish
20:16 - 20:19
polish the inner diamond.
20:19 - 20:23
And if we do that, if we get rid of everything that covers that diamond,
20:23 - 20:27
we can shine and we can really You know, Diamond is the strongest
20:27 - 20:31
material in the world, and it can cut through all kinds of obstacles.
20:31 - 20:32
And this is where we want to go.
20:32 - 20:36
And this is where we need to go because we are facing so many obstacles.
20:36 - 20:37
So if you are sharp
20:38 - 20:43
and and and and and you are, uh, you have polished all the facets of your diamond,
20:43 - 20:44
you can really
20:45 - 20:49
do something and be something extraordinary with very little effort.
20:49 - 20:52
And this is where we want all of you to get,
20:52 - 20:55
because it's much more pleasant for everyone.
20:56 - 21:00
So these seven, uh, facets how we publish the diamond is to, uh,
21:00 - 21:03
go through this process and you can see there's a fine
21:03 - 21:05
line in the middle and this is where we wanna go.
21:05 - 21:07
I talk about masculine and feminine, but the
21:08 - 21:12
goal is to get these two essences to unite and create full,
21:12 - 21:15
fruitful synergy that would also help you solve
21:15 - 21:19
your sus sustainability agenda and your diversity agenda.
21:19 - 21:21
If we solve the problems from the root
21:21 - 21:23
cause of the problem,
21:23 - 21:27
it's much more effective than symptoms than and handling symptoms.
21:27 - 21:33
And if you only handle systems, you can be at, uh at, uh, if you only handle symptoms,
21:33 - 21:38
you can be working at this for the rest of your life. If you solve a problem by the root
21:38 - 21:41
cause of it problem you get rid of it might be a little bit more work,
21:41 - 21:43
but you could get rid of it once and for all.
21:43 - 21:48
And then you're free to explore new problems. Uh, if you want to or just enjoy
21:48 - 21:52
the absence of your old problem, and this is what we can teach you
21:52 - 21:54
and it's simple, but you have to do it. So
21:55 - 21:56
this is the choice.
21:56 - 22:00
We can help you go from the degenerative paradigm that we're currently in
22:00 - 22:03
with, uh, with very, very limited capacity.
22:03 - 22:07
And we can help you expand that brain capacity and that heart capacity, and that
22:08 - 22:10
you could say essential capacity
22:10 - 22:11
so that you can
22:11 - 22:13
access the new,
22:13 - 22:16
uh, the new options. But with so much ease and flow,
22:17 - 22:21
So it's a healthy path, and it opens for that regenerative leadership, that is,
22:22 - 22:22
that is,
22:23 - 22:26
that is the only way we're going to get, uh,
22:26 - 22:29
to a bright future because we cannot continue on a
22:29 - 22:32
destructive path that will not lead us anywhere brighter.
22:32 - 22:36
We also can help you from the bottom from the inside out and from
22:36 - 22:40
the bottom up create these new organisations that are no longer these heavy,
22:40 - 22:42
heavy hierarchies that are difficult to move
22:42 - 22:44
and turn them into these more resilient,
22:44 - 22:47
much more creative, much more fluid.
22:47 - 22:52
Much more organic structures that are much, um, much more adapt,
22:52 - 22:57
have much more adaptability and that are less likely to get disrupted
22:57 - 23:00
and get stopped by, uh, sudden changes in
23:01 - 23:04
in, uh, the circumstances around them.
23:04 - 23:06
So very exciting process for all of us.
23:06 - 23:08
And they all depend on the inner transformation.
23:08 - 23:12
So the systemic transformation cannot happen without the inner transformation,
23:12 - 23:15
Which is why the inner transformation as a leader is so crucial.
23:17 - 23:21
We work as well with the everything that's below the conscious, because
23:21 - 23:25
that's actually the autopilot that is starring all of us.
23:25 - 23:28
So if we have an unhealthy autopilot
23:28 - 23:32
with destructive destructive patterns such as addiction such
23:32 - 23:36
as procrastination such as lack of concentration such
23:36 - 23:39
as distractibility such as low self esteem,
23:39 - 23:42
low self worth, I feel don't I'm not good enough.
23:42 - 23:42
I don't deserve
23:43 - 23:45
I have the impostor syndrome.
23:45 - 23:51
I have. I'm I'm I I compare myself to others and find myself less good or better than?
23:51 - 23:53
Or arrogance can also be an issue
23:53 - 23:57
that autopilot needs to get matured so that it's a healthy
23:57 - 24:00
auto pilot that leads us in where we want to go
24:01 - 24:02
and doesn't lead us astray.
24:02 - 24:06
And this is why these radical methods that I'm gonna introduce to you is, uh,
24:06 - 24:08
such an important and,
24:09 - 24:13
uh, such an important shortcut. And it's also an amazing hack.
24:13 - 24:16
And I found this through my, um
24:16 - 24:18
my now very good friend, Winfred Do,
24:18 - 24:23
who invented the past 25 years investing all his fortune
24:23 - 24:27
in brain training in in brain research and the research of
24:27 - 24:30
how our the our inner mechanism work and and and created
24:30 - 24:36
this extraordinary brain training programme that I have seen work miracles
24:36 - 24:40
in, uh, Children with diagnosis. But I have also experienced
24:41 - 24:44
what room it has given me access to in my own system,
24:44 - 24:46
and I can strong strongly recommend it
24:46 - 24:48
only 90 days
24:48 - 24:49
to
24:49 - 24:53
reboot your brain and get rid of old programming,
24:53 - 24:56
which allows you to then adopt the new software,
24:56 - 24:59
the 75 to 21st century to leadership
24:59 - 25:02
in such a manner that you can work so much hard,
25:02 - 25:05
so much smarter instead of working so hard.
25:06 - 25:06
So,
25:07 - 25:07
um,
25:07 - 25:11
Winford has found that this programme actually increases
25:11 - 25:14
your brain capacity by as much as 25%.
25:14 - 25:16
So if you want to get
25:16 - 25:18
a brain that works 25% better,
25:18 - 25:22
this is the way to go. And no one else is offering this programme
25:23 - 25:23
Uh, in
25:23 - 25:26
junction with leadership, uh, leadership training.
25:26 - 25:30
So this is a very unique opportunity to have it all in one package.
25:30 - 25:32
So you can There's two options.
25:32 - 25:35
You can even go into a long training programme which is 9 to
25:35 - 25:38
12 months long and obviously a lot deeper with a lot more,
25:39 - 25:41
uh, customised care and a lot of
25:41 - 25:43
a lot more. Um,
25:43 - 25:46
you could go deeper into to to these seven faces.
25:46 - 25:47
But
25:47 - 25:51
if you if you if you're not really motivated for a long programme right now,
25:51 - 25:53
if you can't get it sponsored,
25:53 - 25:55
here's an opportunity for everyone,
25:56 - 25:59
which is to check out our three month,
25:59 - 26:03
uh, online programme, where you both get the brain training programme
26:03 - 26:07
and get the opportunity to work with your old riding yourself of your own software.
26:07 - 26:11
But you also get an opportunity to learn about the
26:11 - 26:14
new software of the seven fest of 21st century leadership.
26:14 - 26:17
So it's an amazing deal and right now I'm introducing it.
26:17 - 26:19
I I I'm introducing it in the world,
26:19 - 26:23
so I give you an opportunity to participate
26:23 - 26:26
for a very favourable prices and opportunities.
26:26 - 26:27
So check it out
26:28 - 26:32
and make sure that you don't wait too long because this opportunity might be gone.
26:33 - 26:34
But I hope you will give it a chance.
26:34 - 26:38
And I hope this little presentation made it clear for you why it's a good investment
26:38 - 26:42
and why you can save yourself so much trouble
26:43 - 26:44
and align
26:45 - 26:46
with a future
26:46 - 26:47
proof path
26:47 - 26:53
that will lead to a bright future both at home, at work and in the world in one go
26:54 - 26:54
go for it.
