  1. Hey Preston, I hope all is Well, my friend, apologies,
  2. it's been a bit of time.
  3. I had another kind of onboarding process as well, was
  4. sent God's um, backing from some investors last week, so
  5. we're having a lot of fun and again, what's been
  6. great is the backing from some of these VC groups
  7. are making it completely free to end users, which has
  8. been our favorite thing.
  9. You know, we want again, as we mentioned, health and
  10. moments we prevented it from the best way to do
  11. that is the two barriers of interest, barriers of entry
  12. were convenience.
  13. So we're coming direct to you and then finances affordability.
  14. So luckily this observation is now hopefully bringing health and
  15. wellness to the walls management properties and communities and the
  16. fingertips to be candid.
  17. It's a pretty simple um, process, as I mentioned, realistically,
  18. nothing super complicated.
  19. We come in here with a pretty easy platform, can
  20. kind of deploy out to all of your tenants, in
  21. your communities.
  22. We can even put skins on it.
  23. So it's branded for the walls management properties will go
  24. in the kind of searches to what they have, as
  25. I mentioned, we have personal trainers to chiropractors, to boot
  26. camp instructors, to rake instructors, they can go on kind
  27. of look about what they want to look at, they
  28. can do their times, they can mention is what they
  29. have and this is after they've kind of been on
  30. boarded through the website which is matching on their personality
  31. side And their distance and we're filtering now through what
  32. they have dumbbells, what's at their actual at their disposal
  33. of what they having problems.
  34. So again, this is after matching with some of the
  35. people on the platform, usually as I mentioned, 100 and
  36. 30,000 providers, they find at least 10-12 in their immediate
  37. area. They can pick from as you feed here.
  38. They've already found seven they can move forward and kind
  39. of book through that.
  40. So it's been a really, really effective program matching these
  41. end users with providers, especially on more of a bespoke
  42. program. So now they're matching exactly the days they want
  43. to come to them, they can either come to the
  44. facility where the actual trainer is, they can come to
  45. the end user's facilities.
  46. So that would be, you know, one of the management
  47. properties or they could even meet Um, what's really kind
  48. of fun too as we even found out that they
  49. can meet like at parks or just Geo locations to
  50. where they all agree with, they can even push out
  51. links to other people in the community.
  52. So let's just say they're an apartment, 104 and one
  53. of your buildings, they have a push notification to their
  54. message saying, Hey, your boot camps coming, they can afford
  55. that to somebody else.
  56. So we're almost building communities as well through health and
  57. wellness. Imagine having, have boot camp instructor's common service, multiple
  58. people at once and having this really, really cool efficacy
  59. platform that's worked out with.
  60. Again, a complete value add to all the communities and
  61. what's been really nice to is deployment model is very,
  62. very simple and we've done it quite a few times.
  63. We realistically just kind of push out just one big
  64. blast to all of your tenants.
  65. Hey guys, this is, this is a branded one, but
  66. this is what we have gone on and we like
  67. to showcase how it's fitness of all ages.
  68. You know, it's not just for peak performance, not this,
  69. it's not that it's realistically, hey, we're going to try
  70. and serve every and any demographic we can And the
  71. best way we can do that is through an accessibility
  72. and technology platform.
  73. Having this bespoke experience for an 88 year old with
  74. bilateral hip replacements should be the same thing for a
  75. 22 year old, peak performance and luckily, you know, walls
  76. management property could be bringing it to them.
  77. So it's been a lot of fun so far.
  78. You know, we're at the point where we're just value
  79. add, you can mark it however you want, that's none
  80. of our business, but we'd really like to just start
  81. taking preventative medicine to the next step.
  82. Um, you know, again, if my mom, there was something,
  83. we have a young lady here at tower 12 who
  84. had Lyme disease and she hasn't been able to train
  85. in 10 years.
  86. We matched.
  87. She got matched with somebody and the convenience modality of,
  88. hey listen, I get tired standing up.
  89. Come to me please.
  90. I need this.
  91. She trains with us five days a week with her
  92. provider now.
  93. So really happy about how it's going and hopefully we
  94. can just continue to add some value add talking about,
  95. you know, later in the week as well.
  96. So hopefully we can try and help bring these communities
  97. together and these amenities together but really be hyper focused
  98. and vigilant on health and wellness.
  99. Talk to Jason
