  2. here. And this is the overview of my uh C OS N Capstone project.
  3. So,
  4. um what I have here is kind of my thought process when I first started this journey,
  5. which is the beginning of the year.
  6. And
  7. my department kind of got reorganized and modified over time. So there was
  8. this idea of this big product that I was going to do,
  9. which got uh changed over when we had to change on leadership, which was fine.
  10. But I had this large kind of uh idea of what I wanted to accomplish,
  11. which is probably biting off more than I can chew.
  12. Um And it had a lot of facets that I could not control.
  13. So I had to really sit over the past couple of months and start whittling things down
  14. to controllable and or manageable areas that my team, my new team can sort of work on.
  15. So things have been changed over time.
  16. Um And what I had here initially was to really
  17. have this broad plan that was put in place this year
  18. and sort of rolled out throughout the district which has
  19. been put on hold and we are revisiting um what it
  20. is that is in our control again and really bringing
  21. in teams in a more thoughtful uh fashion and kind of
  22. making sure that the action steps are clearer and more
  23. digestible for us to be successful and not so over.

  26. So this project um has basically the steps of what we plan on doing,
  27. how we're going to work through some protocols on visioning
  28. and setting ourselves up for success for
  29. the upcoming years.
