  23. back to the way things were.

  25. I truly believe that this virus has impacted the way
  26. we live, and then when I worked for years to
  27. come, and the same is going to be the case
  28. with real estate investing, real estate investing.
  29. But its very nature is a creative endeavor, and it
  30. transforms itself based on the times in which we there
  31. so in interest rates were really high.
  32. You had creative ways to do well, said it best
  33. in 2000 and that dates back to the 1990 when
  34. rates was really hot.
  35. Uh, if you look at the recession in a few
  36. years later, well, if they had to, to commit itself
  37. into a different type of mistake and in the great
  38. recession 8 4007 to 8000 Matt, it also changed again.

  40. A Corona virus can't remain the same and in some
  41. respects respect.

  43. And I think as a real estate investor, especially if
  44. you still want you still desire to invest in bill
  45. estate, there will be opportunities available to you.
  46. I think the real estate lance it will be, uh,
  47. different that it is or has been in the last
  48. several years.
  49. But again, as I said before, there will be opportunities.
  50. I think that will come and go out of this.
  51. I want to share with you those who have been
  52. following me and working with me things that I will
  53. be doing to assist you.
  54. As we transition into this new era of real estate
  55. investor, I will be doing very strategic types of programs,
  56. things that I will be sharing with you to help
  57. you get started on to give you direction in ah,
  58. format. That makes sense.
  59. We'll be using this type of format, and I encourage
  60. you guys listening in to participate, as we continue to
  61. look for, to work together as well state investors.
  62. My goal is something to help people navigate the new
  63. market that will come out of that will be posted,
  64. uh, Corona virus, the investment market to navigate it answers
  65. you succeed in it.
  66. Everybody has lost their footing, so everybody will have to
  67. start basically almost new at this thing.
  68. So if you have a strategic plan and work with
  69. people, you know how to get things done, you can
  70. still take advantage of opportunities that will present themselves microphone
  71. and believe that God is vest me throughout my entire
