Hello, this is a presentation video for the Asia Berlin

podcast concept.

It's meant to be straightforward and aiming to do the

best use of the time.

So initially production, this would be a production from the

Asia Berlin sub team and what do we understand by

production? It would be to define the guests and to

set things up in a way that recording the podcast

turns out to be possible and execute this recording and

after recording provide the petition and the means to promote

and post the podcast.

So the only thing out of what we call production

would be the content provided by the invitee.

So it will be an interview podcast aim at with

the duration of 30 minutes maximum or around 30 minutes.

And this after the addition, so the team and focus

would be aligned into Asia Berlin teams.

It's related to the summit but not exclusively related to

the summit because it turns out to be possible to

keep the podcast after the summit There will be the

interviewee one or more.

Probably most of the episodes only with one and the

role of the interviewer would be to raise the ball

to the interviewing so the interviewer will speak and participate

other imp actors.

And but basically it would be that initially we can

improve things as the work goes on in a lean

startup mindset and our workflow might be driven by an

asana board where we'll organized the things and ideally with

some episodes in advance, ideally the bottle lack will be

the addition of the podcast.

We might have a lot of episodes recorded and prone

to be edited and if we have these bottleneck then

it's at the ball's in our court and we can

manage that.
