Hey there,
- 00:01 - 00:06
Matt with Sully A I the all in one A I medical assistant that saves doctors time
- 00:07 - 00:07
today.
- 00:07 - 00:09
I'm gonna walk you through the product and explain how
- 00:09 - 00:13
Sully A I helps doctors save time previsit with patients.
- 00:13 - 00:16
How Sully A I helps doctors save time during the patient
- 00:16 - 00:20
visit and also how Sully A I helps doctors save time,
- 00:20 - 00:21
post patient visit
- 00:22 - 00:22
now.
- 00:22 - 00:25
So ea I is a stand alone solution and it can be
- 00:25 - 00:29
used uh in conjunction as well with an EMR or E hr
- 00:30 - 00:33
and I'll just quickly demonstrate how we help save doctors time.
- 00:33 - 00:35
So let me share my screen
- 00:36 - 00:36
and
- 00:37 - 00:40
what you'll see here basically is the silly
- 00:40 - 00:41
A I home page.
- 00:41 - 00:43
When you first come into the product.
- 00:43 - 00:44
If you use it, stand alone,
- 00:44 - 00:49
you can add or select from patients that you'll be seeing uh today.
- 00:49 - 00:54
Um But you also have the option to integrate with your Emre hr and in which case,
- 00:54 - 00:58
it will also pull up any of the active patients that you'll be treating in a given day.
- 00:58 - 01:01
And in this particular instance, I'll just pull up Michael Jones
- 01:02 - 01:03
and you can see here that right away
- 01:03 - 01:06
the system pulls up their previous visit history.
- 01:06 - 01:08
So we can see that they had some abdominal pain,
- 01:09 - 01:11
uh, tenderness, nausea, we see the assessment
- 01:12 - 01:13
and the plan.
- 01:13 - 01:16
Um, and you would also be able to pull in things like allergies,
- 01:16 - 01:20
medications they're currently taking past medical history, family history,
- 01:20 - 01:22
uh, imaging and referrals, et cetera.
- 01:23 - 01:26
Now, when you get into a patient visit,
- 01:26 - 01:27
um,
- 01:27 - 01:31
how we really help you save time and how we optimize the experience that you spend
- 01:31 - 01:33
with your patients by focusing on their needs
- 01:33 - 01:35
is you simply can just hit start recording
- 01:36 - 01:39
and there's a few different ways to record your conversation with the patient.
- 01:39 - 01:43
You can either use our web app, which I'm using now and I just pull this up in the text.
- 01:44 - 01:47
I also have the ability to record this through a chrome extension,
- 01:47 - 01:49
which just is simply a sidebar,
- 01:49 - 01:54
which can basically run alongside your EMR or your E hr
- 01:54 - 01:57
or you could use one of our mobile apps as well if you'd prefer
- 01:57 - 02:00
to record the conversation just with a phone that you have on you.
- 02:01 - 02:02
And for this particular walk through,
- 02:02 - 02:06
what I'll do is just pretend to be both the patient and the doctor.
- 02:07 - 02:09
So I'll go ahead and simply click start recording
- 02:11 - 02:14
and I'll just say hi Michael. Um What's the reason for your visit today?
- 02:15 - 02:16
Well, hey doctor,
- 02:16 - 02:18
uh actually I'm coming in because I've had uh
- 02:18 - 02:21
shortness of breath lately for the past week.
- 02:22 - 02:25
And just to give you a heads up. I do smoke. I know it's not great.
- 02:25 - 02:28
Um, I don't have a history of heart problems in general.
- 02:28 - 02:32
Uh, but the shortness of breath is also just kind of accompanied by, uh,
- 02:32 - 02:36
some chest pains, some heart palpitations.
- 02:36 - 02:38
So, just not something that I've currently experienced before.
- 02:38 - 02:40
I'm a little worried about it.
- 02:41 - 02:45
Ok. Well, thanks Michael. Um, is there anything that you find is making it worse?
- 02:46 - 02:47
Uh, yeah, absolutely.
- 02:47 - 02:50
I noticed that when I climb multiple flights of stairs,
- 02:50 - 02:53
if I'm doing a lot of like rigorous physical activity,
- 02:53 - 02:55
that seems to make it worse as well.
- 02:56 - 03:01
Ok. And, uh, do you notice anything helps make the situation better?
- 03:02 - 03:02
Yeah.
- 03:02 - 03:07
Uh, currently two things I'm doing is that I am taking, uh, Tylenol,
- 03:07 - 03:11
I take about 100 to 200 mg when I'm experiencing these bouts.
- 03:11 - 03:15
And I also, uh, will just lie down and try and relax a little bit
- 03:16 - 03:17
and that seems to help, uh,
- 03:17 - 03:21
the symptoms go down a little bit and my situation improve.
- 03:22 - 03:25
Ok. Any other associated symptoms that you've noticed with it?
- 03:26 - 03:31
No, that's really, it, it's primarily chest pain, shortness of breath. Um,
- 03:31 - 03:35
and yeah, it, it's just a generally uncomfortable situation in my chest.
- 03:36 - 03:37
Ok, thank you.
- 03:37 - 03:41
Um, are you currently taking any other medications aside from the Tylenol?
- 03:42 - 03:47
Uh, I am currently taking Albuterol and, uh, predniSONE actually
- 03:48 - 03:52
got it. And do you also have any allergies in general or to medication.
- 03:53 - 03:55
No, I, I have, well,
- 03:55 - 03:59
actually I do have an allergy to eggs but no allergies to medication at the moment.
- 04:00 - 04:01
Ok.
- 04:01 - 04:04
Uh, how about any previous medical history
- 04:04 - 04:06
or surgical history?
- 04:06 - 04:11
Yeah. Actually, um, I did have, uh, a surgery done on my right knee.
- 04:11 - 04:15
I had some right knee pain following a, uh, sporting accident.
- 04:15 - 04:17
I was playing soccer and I twisted it a bit.
- 04:17 - 04:21
Um, I had surgery done on that about six months ago.
- 04:21 - 04:24
Um, but fortunately it's been resolved. It's feeling a lot better.
- 04:25 - 04:26
Ok.
- 04:26 - 04:28
Uh, let's talk about your family history a little bit.
- 04:28 - 04:32
Do you have any history in your family of hypertension or things like that?
- 04:32 - 04:36
Um Actually I do, my father does suffer from hypertension.
- 04:36 - 04:39
Uh It's unresolved, it's still being treated.
- 04:39 - 04:43
Um, but that does seem to run on my father's side of the family
- 04:43 - 04:46
and on my mother's side of the family, um, she has a history of cancer,
- 04:46 - 04:48
breast cancer specifically.
- 04:48 - 04:50
Uh, fortunately that has been resolved.
- 04:51 - 04:55
Ok. Well, uh sorry to hear that you're experiencing this discomfort.
- 04:55 - 04:59
Um Michael, why don't we do this? I'm gonna recommend blood work for you.
- 05:00 - 05:01
I think we should also do some imaging.
- 05:01 - 05:08
We'll do an ultrasound, an X ray AC T and an MRI and uh why don't we
- 05:08 - 05:11
wait one week? So let's follow up in one week.
- 05:11 - 05:14
We'll get the results from those lab tests and then we can put together
- 05:14 - 05:17
a comprehensive treatment plan for you to make sure we get this addressed.
- 05:17 - 05:18
Does that sound good?
- 05:19 - 05:22
Yeah, that actually sounds really great doctor. Thank you so much.
- 05:23 - 05:24
And I'll pause right there.
- 05:24 - 05:27
And what I'd like to show you is that currently in the top section here?
- 05:27 - 05:30
You can see that our system can also recommend
- 05:30 - 05:32
to you questions that might help you further probe
- 05:33 - 05:36
uh your patient's symptoms or challenges that they're experiencing.
- 05:37 - 05:40
And if you also look below we have a diagnosis.
- 05:40 - 05:43
So there's ac OPD exacerbation of pulmonary embo
- 05:43 - 05:45
embolism, potentially,
- 05:45 - 05:49
uh it could be heart failure and you can see that the recommendations suggested here
- 05:49 - 05:52
are determined based off of the general
- 05:52 - 05:54
conversation that you're having with the patient.
- 05:54 - 05:56
If you mouse over more,
- 05:56 - 05:58
there's some other recommendations as well and the
- 05:58 - 06:00
system will always kind of give you this soy
- 06:00 - 06:01
dot A I
- 06:01 - 06:06
uh decision support where it explains to you why it is recommending this diagnosis.
- 06:06 - 06:10
Um Below that you'll see protocols recommended tests based on the
- 06:10 - 06:14
conversation you had with the patient as well as suggested medications,
- 06:14 - 06:18
uh and as referrals and alerts as well.
- 06:19 - 06:20
Now, all you have to do is hit,
- 06:20 - 06:25
generate note and you typically take solely A I on average around 15 seconds,
- 06:25 - 06:28
no more than 30 seconds to pull together your notes.
- 06:28 - 06:29
And while they're doing, we're doing that,
- 06:29 - 06:34
I'll just go ahead and show you our A I medical assistant functionality as well.
- 06:34 - 06:37
Um So here I can pull up A patient like Michael Jones.
- 06:38 - 06:40
And you can see here that, um, I simply asked,
- 06:40 - 06:42
what was the reason for this patient's last visit?
- 06:42 - 06:46
It can give you a very quick synopsis of why they came in to see you previously.
- 06:46 - 06:49
You can also ask kind of standard, um,
- 06:49 - 06:51
questions about treatment and I'll do that right now.
- 06:51 - 06:56
So I could say, what is the common best practice treatment for hypertension?
- 06:57 - 07:00
And our system will basically pull that together.
- 07:00 - 07:00
Now,
- 07:00 - 07:04
you can ask ca I any patient related questions like what medications are they on?
- 07:05 - 07:06
What was the reason for their last visit?
- 07:07 - 07:09
Um What were their last imaging results?
- 07:09 - 07:13
All of this can be generated automatically in the system very quickly.
- 07:13 - 07:17
So the goal of this A I assistant is to save you and save doctors time.
- 07:17 - 07:22
Um And again, soli A I is all about saving uh you and your doctors time.
- 07:23 - 07:24
So
- 07:24 - 07:27
what I'll also do right now is just speak to how you can hyper
- 07:27 - 07:29
personalize. Silly A I
- 07:30 - 07:34
so silly A I allows you to approach conversations and create notes in
- 07:34 - 07:36
the system based on the way that you prefer to do it.
- 07:36 - 07:41
If you have specific templates that you use with your EMR or E hr or just in general,
- 07:41 - 07:44
um We basically uh can give you the option to
- 07:44 - 07:48
go in here under the settings option, you can go to personalization
- 07:48 - 07:51
and here you can add instructions,
- 07:51 - 07:54
you could import your current templates or you could say
- 07:54 - 07:57
that when I refer to a certain type of treatment at
- 07:57 - 08:01
a specific CPT code or when I refer to how
- 08:01 - 08:04
I would like to treat somebody in my specific language,
- 08:04 - 08:07
which apply the notes in this type of format.
- 08:07 - 08:10
So you can add multiple instructions and this will help train the
- 08:11 - 08:15
model on how to address it on a doctor specific level,
- 08:15 - 08:16
which is really, really cool,
- 08:16 - 08:20
you can do that under diagnosis or notes as well
- 08:20 - 08:24
and a few other things I'll show you that's really cool. We have automations as well.
- 08:24 - 08:27
So if I say to a patient,
- 08:27 - 08:30
let's follow up in two weeks and see what the lab results show.
- 08:30 - 08:33
And then we can come up with a treatment plan for you.
- 08:33 - 08:36
We can actually have the system automatically send out
- 08:36 - 08:38
S MS messages or send out a calendar,
- 08:38 - 08:42
invite to the patient so they can then schedule a follow up appointment.
- 08:42 - 08:44
You can do all kinds of automations like this
- 08:45 - 08:48
and this can be integrated again with your Emre Hr
- 08:48 - 08:51
and this is how silly A I really helps save you time.
- 08:51 - 08:53
It's all about allowing you to meet with the patient
- 08:53 - 08:57
and to try and really automate a lot of the tasks that you
- 08:57 - 09:00
would normally have to do manually or in your Emre hr So again,
- 09:00 - 09:02
sa I is all about saving you time
- 09:03 - 09:05
and what we'll do now is go back to that note
- 09:05 - 09:10
and if I just click on this patient here, we can see the um, shortness of breath.
- 09:10 - 09:12
These were the symptoms they were experiencing.
- 09:12 - 09:18
We have the HP I family history was pulled in current medications was also logged.
- 09:18 - 09:22
Um, down below, we can see some of the other uh issues they had.
- 09:22 - 09:25
So shortness of breath, chest pains, heart palpitations.
- 09:25 - 09:27
There's an assessment built.
- 09:27 - 09:31
Um, we have the plan here based on our discussions. So we recommended blood work.
- 09:31 - 09:34
We recommended ultrasound X ray CT and MRI.
- 09:34 - 09:38
And we also said to follow up in a week and one of the really cool features
- 09:38 - 09:43
that soli A I offers that saves you time is the CPT codes and the IC T I
- 09:43 - 09:48
CD 10 codes are also automatically uh inputted into the notes here,
- 09:48 - 09:50
then we have the instructions as well.
- 09:50 - 09:52
So all of this is intended to allow you to
- 09:52 - 09:55
really just have a natural conversation with your patients,
- 09:55 - 09:58
not worry about all the work and time you have to put into building these notes,
- 09:58 - 10:00
it's all done very quickly
- 10:00 - 10:02
and accurately.
- 10:02 - 10:04
And if there are additional things that the
- 10:04 - 10:06
patient shares with you after the recording,
- 10:06 - 10:10
you can always go in either you know, in the patient visit or post visit.
- 10:10 - 10:11
And I can simply just say,
- 10:11 - 10:12
uh you know,
- 10:12 - 10:15
patient also mentioned uh that they're starting to feel a little
- 10:15 - 10:18
bit dizzy uh after the visit they gave me a call.
- 10:18 - 10:20
So I just wanna add in that there's some
- 10:20 - 10:23
lightheadedness or dizziness that the patients experiencing as well.
- 10:24 - 10:27
And so A I will actually allow you to just put that right in
- 10:28 - 10:29
it, auto populates it.
- 10:29 - 10:33
And you can also simply go in here and remove anything,
- 10:33 - 10:36
edit anything or add additional content with your keyboard as well.
- 10:37 - 10:42
And so that's just a very quick introduction to how SA I helps save you time.
- 10:42 - 10:45
I can also show you things like there's a diagnosis feature.
- 10:45 - 10:49
So if I pull up Mike Jones here, it's going to go ahead and create a
- 10:49 - 10:51
diagnosis for this specific patient.
- 10:53 - 10:55
You can see how that's just populating within seconds
- 10:56 - 10:59
and we have some additional features um like monitoring.
- 11:00 - 11:03
So, monitoring is a really cool feature that we're currently working on.
- 11:03 - 11:06
It's almost available, but this will allow you to send follow ups to patients.
- 11:06 - 11:07
So if patients
- 11:07 - 11:09
uh if you treated them for something,
- 11:09 - 11:12
you may be very interested in seeing how their progress is going.
- 11:12 - 11:14
And so you can actually use monitoring um which we will
- 11:14 - 11:17
be rolling out shortly to follow up with patients and say,
- 11:17 - 11:19
hey, how is the treatment working out?
- 11:19 - 11:20
Are you feeling better?
- 11:20 - 11:25
Is your pain uh impro or sorry, is your pain improving or is it reducing?
- 11:25 - 11:29
Um So there's a lot of different ways you can use uh SA I to save you time.
- 11:30 - 11:33
Uh So this is basically just a very quick introduction uh to sli
- 11:34 - 11:34
A
- 11:34 - 11:34
I
- 11:34 - 11:36
we're available anytime if you have questions if you'd
- 11:36 - 11:38
like an additional live demo of the product,
- 11:38 - 11:40
we'd be more than happy to provide it.
- 11:40 - 11:42
And really, again, at the end of the day,
- 11:42 - 11:46
the two things that soli A I focuses on is accuracy
- 11:46 - 11:49
and saving you time. Thanks so much for watching this demo.
- 11:49 - 11:50
Have a good day.
