  1. Welcome, Welcome.
  2. First of foremost wanted to say thank you for taking
  3. the time to watch this video.
  4. I've been looking forward to sharing this exciting information with
  5. you, especially if you are a business owner or a
  6. freelancer that uses a website.
  7. Now, even if you don't have a website that's OK
  8. as well.
  9. This videos for YouTube Now, before I begin, I just
  10. wanted to mention that I've created three videos that are
  11. segmented to not bombard you with a ton of information,
  12. but also give you the opportunity to learn and follow
  13. along with eats.
  14. Okay, so what's the hype?
  15. Many of you are unaware.
  16. For six years, I've owned and operated and online business
  17. assisting blue collar workers.
  18. Now, the key words here are online business.
  19. So I've actually gone through the rigmarole of learning multi
  20. processes such as Web development, app, development, integrations, S E
  21. O strategies and so forth.
  22. But one key thing that was extremely important to me
  23. was my customers.
  24. Experience was my website engaging my customers was my content
  25. engaging my customers?
  26. Now, after a lot of time and effort, I've learned
  27. that there are several components that could make a difference
  28. in my customers experience.
  29. Then I discovered something even better that uses all the
  30. key components, and it was seamless.
  31. It was great for businesses and for freelancers.
  32. And that's what I'm here to share with you today.
  33. By the end of this video, you will know that
  34. it was worth every second of your time.
  35. So stick with me.
  36. We're almost there.
  37. Now. I have a question for you.
  38. How are you engaging your customers online?
  39. But you see, here is a typical scenario of a
  40. customer's experience.
  41. Online. Customers see your promotional ad or post be a
  42. social media, which then drives them to your website.
  43. Then they have the liberty to navigate through your entire
  44. site. Learn about your products and service is about your
  45. company's missions and values.
  46. Or do they?
  47. Now? We would hope to think that they are, But
  48. the real question is, Are you monitoring metrics that are
  49. focused on customers?
  50. Bounce right, So here are the components mentioned earlier, and
  51. these are associated to a website.
  52. The first component is speed.
  53. According to Google page, load and content load times cannot
  54. exceed 3 to 5 seconds.
  55. The second component is content value is your content educating,
  56. entertaining or empowering and the third component is responsiveness.
  57. Your website must be viewable on all devices.
  58. I don't know if you've ever noticed, but there are
  59. some inconsistencies with formatting of your text for every device
  60. for which looks all out of sorts.
  61. Now that's another topic for another video.
  62. Now you're probably saying I only use my website as
  63. a storefront and for payment processing.
  64. So I use third party service is like Shopify Etsy
  65. or eBay Toe house my products kind of like Iran
  66. propels. Set it and forget it.
  67. Model right or you utilize social media groups, build communities
  68. and sell your products and handle all the payments via
  69. pay PAL, Cash, App or Vanimo from which is a
  70. longer process.
  71. Now there are two major problems with third party service
  72. is lack of control for maintenance and multiple types of
  73. processing fees.
  74. Are you still with me?
  75. We're almost here.
  76. The golden nugget of my discovery that I've been looking
  77. forward to sharing with you.
  78. If you noticed that there isn't additional component to measure
  79. bounce rate, mind you.
  80. The top three are associated with the website.
  81. This component is accessibility.
  82. It is when you give the customer direct access to
  83. your products and service is at their leisure.
  84. Now your business is no longer just a thought when
  85. needed. Now it is a tool, and here is a
  86. better alternative.
  87. Then a website that uses all four components.
  88. You're probably saying, Hold on, this is an app.
  89. They run about 10-K to 15 k Just not looking
  90. into investing in one right now, and we will discuss
  91. that in the third video, and I I can assure
  92. you you will not be disappointed.
  93. So what if I told you that what you're looking
  94. at is a website and a nap?
  95. So it's a website and an app with apelike features
  96. and functionalities.
  97. It's also a standalone at Google coined the name PW
  98. Ai, also known as the progressive Web App.
  99. Now just think your customers experience will be directly.
  100. It's accessible to your updates, promotions, details of your products
  101. and service is, and the best part is they are
  102. one Click away from it all, and to add juice
  103. to the boost, I'm going to read verbatim from web
  104. dot dev for which is a Google source.
  105. The numbers don't lie.
  106. Companies that have launched progressive Web abs have seen impressive
  107. results. For example, Twitter saw 65% increase in pages per
  108. session, 75% more tweets and 20% decrease in bounce rate,
  109. all while reducing the size of their APP over 97%.
  110. And if you look further below who Lou replaced their
  111. native desktop experience with a progressive Web app and saw
  112. a 27% increase in return visits your other companies that
  113. have transitioned to a progressive Web app And the best
  114. part is it is only five years old.
  115. So I'm sure data is important for you, either for
  116. inventory purposes or bookkeeping.
  117. Well, the same goes for building a nap.
  118. Data is extremely important.
  119. And what if I told you that it can all
  120. be controlled and maintained at your leisure with just a
  121. Google account?
  122. Okay. Congrats and good on you for making it through.
  123. We're gonna go ahead and stop here.
  124. Now that you know what the hype is all about.
  125. Going watch the next video.
  126. I will be using several APS that includes a current
  127. client of mine for examples.
  128. I will also be going over business types And what
  129. features and functionalities That would be great for each.
  130. If you could do me a solid if you know
  131. anyone that could use a progressive Web app for their
  132. business or even for, ah, as a personal tool, please
  133. share this video.
  134. I appreciate your time and I will see you in
  135. the next video.
  136. Thank you.
