  1. Hey Teen.
  2. It's me, I am making this video to practice a
  3. little bit about Prezi and also to share with you
  4. some big dream ideas that I have in kind of
  5. a roadmap for how to get there.
  6. Um, I'm gonna warn you, first of all that these
  7. are some pie in the sky potentials based off of
  8. the trajectory of everything that we've just discussed so far
  9. and kind of bringing in all the information um that
  10. we've been receiving.
  11. Um and I wanted to let you know that each
  12. step has essentially a benchmark Where we get to one
  13. step and there's a, if things are good.
  14. And so I've made this sign for us, it's called
  15. assuming success, so assuming success.
  16. What this means is that each step in the process
  17. I'm going to outline has um, goals, metrics, um, benchmarks
  18. essentially to let us know that we are at a
  19. certain milestone and we're okay to look at, um, you
  20. know, is the next step going to be the best
  21. move, or do we need to kind of re strategize?
  22. So, this is just a kind of a fun thought
  23. experiment, and when she did just kind of go along
  24. with me, it's basically um kind of one potential storyline
  25. for press play sound good.
  26. All right.
  27. Our story begins in indiana.
  28. Um this is Trip coming up here at the end
  29. of july going to uh Fort Wayne Pride and um
  30. kind of walking around finding any other events that are
  31. there and just doing some press practice runs, um exploring
  32. kind of what our presence wants to look like at
  33. events, very low key, low risk practicing filming things like
  34. that. Um We will have a questionnaire at this point
  35. that people can fill out and we can start gathering
  36. some information.
  37. I'd like to be able to host that on our
  38. website by the time that I get to indiana and
  39. I think that's easy to do.
  40. Um and then we will be doing song story interviews
  41. using these guys assuming that our patents go.
  42. Um, the direction that allows us to do that we
  43. can just, you know, throw it out there, see what
  44. kind of interviews we get.
  45. Um try out the identity button.
  46. Um really just kind of tuning in, um planning that
  47. kind of good stuff.
  48. All right following that theoretically we have a presence at
  49. Lollapalooza or given an email that just came in a
  50. few minutes ago.
  51. We'll see if that's the case if we're going to
  52. do something else.
  53. Um, Lollapalooza, I see the purpose.
  54. They're really just starting to reach out network, talk to
  55. people at music festivals.
  56. Um, have the questionnaire, have the N.
  57. D. A.
  58. S. Have the identity button.
  59. Um, and the goal would be to hopefully also have
  60. um the closed beta beat one on our our our
  61. tablets. Um Excuse me.
  62. So it will be on our tablets.
  63. Um if we're having a conversation with someone that's meaningful
  64. and they want to check out what we're doing, we
  65. do it, but we're not going out there to market,
  66. we don't want to make anybody upset.
  67. Um This would just be something, you know, as we
  68. network as we talk about people out, talk with people
  69. outside the festival.
  70. Um really just kind of getting our feet wet.
  71. Um getting back out there into the world, all of
  72. that good stuff continuing to plan for what's to come.
  73. I promise this is going to get a little bit
  74. more interesting.
  75. Alright. The next thing that happens is we get to
  76. Los Angeles on August five.
  77. I know that Tina and her son will have plenty
  78. of things to do.
  79. I've already um lined up my friends Patricia, my friend
  80. Patricia and my cousin Alyssa and I think we can
  81. find some more people to join us.
  82. Um uh as we do some street interviews by this
  83. point I'd like to have guitar picks and the topics
  84. can have a Q.
  85. R. Code that is unique to whoever is giving the
  86. QR code out so that we can actually track progress.
  87. Who is getting the most scans based off of who
  88. is getting the most hits to their link.
  89. Um And the link actually takes someone to an invite
  90. to what's going to be our next step, which is
  91. the close beta launch party.
  92. Um and it also takes them to fill out the
  93. questionnaire which is their ticket into the closed beta launch
  94. party. So basically what this looks like is myself, jake
  95. Patricia Alyssa.
  96. Whoever else comes with us, that's game and wants to
  97. try it.
  98. We go out somewhere that's kind of a poppin area.
  99. We walk up to someone, um, I would love to
  100. have like a gold microphone by the way, like bluetooth,
  101. that's a total of side.
  102. Um, and we say, hey, would you like to talk
  103. about music?
  104. And we go through song story questions.
  105. Maybe we listen to music together on headphones.
  106. We basically form a bond in a connection with that
  107. person and see um, you know, from that, if they're
  108. interested in coming to the launch party and there we
  109. go. We're starting to drum up some social media.
  110. This is really where we are flushing out our social
  111. media. We're doing some tic Tac's.
  112. Um, we're talking about our closed beta launch.
  113. This is kind of where um, we're really sharing out
  114. into the world in a bigger way.
  115. So this is exciting.
  116. Now, moving on to the end of our trip, we
  117. have our closed beta launch party, our opening act, theoretically.
  118. This maybe at Lance fastest club open to other suggestions
  119. there. This is the first time anyone can download the
  120. closed beta application to their phones.
  121. Okay. And so what's great about this is that, you
  122. know, We should have hopefully gone through the beat one
  123. mark. So you'll know what I'm talking about there.
  124. Um, I want to try to speed up this because
  125. I'm noticing I'm late for our meeting.
  126. Okay, let me speed up so lots of cool stuff
  127. we can do with this closed beta.
  128. The most important thing is that you can see the
  129. number of people you match with, but that's all.
  130. And because we are literally only going to allow people
  131. to match from within that event, it will be really
  132. interesting to see what kind of matches are there.
  133. Then, from the back end we could have, you know,
  134. West on his laptop, doing console commands.
  135. Do you figure out who's matching with you or, you
  136. know, whatever it takes to great matches that we then
  137. introduce those people right then and there we shine spotlights
  138. on them, you know, whatever we want to do to
  139. really liven up kind of this experience, if all of
  140. that is going well, if our launch party has like
  141. buzz and people are showing up and everyone loves it,
  142. so assuming success, we dr we, we should hopefully know
  143. this before the actual launch party and we can pull
  144. the trigger, potentially purchase the bus, the creamsicle flexible bus
  145. and drive it up to the party, which would be
  146. huge. It would be a total surprise.
  147. No one would know about it.
  148. Um, if we could get some musician of, you know,
  149. any kind of notoriety to come out of the bus
  150. and play a small, little private set, that would be
  151. amazing as a potential.
  152. Um, but otherwise basically, we pull up the bus and
  153. we announce our tour.
  154. So what the tour is going to be is, um,
  155. we're going to go down, I think that I haven't
  156. written, Okay, There we go.
  157. Then we announced our seven tour.
  158. Uh, I'd like to actually have tour posters and an
  159. idea of kind of, even if it's, you know, three
  160. cities going down south or up north, it depends on
  161. when we want to schedule this tour.
  162. If you go up north, um, we could do it
  163. through the rest of the summer, Lots of options there.
  164. Um, but we can start with just a few events
  165. and always announced new events as we continue to plan
  166. and announcing the tour doesn't mean we have to go
  167. on it right away.
  168. In fact, the next thing that we do is we
  169. go on our road trip bringing the bus back to
  170. colorado so we can finish restoring it and renovating it,
  171. potentially finished converting my bus, if it makes sense at
  172. that point.
  173. Um, continuing to record video to develop the application.
  174. Um, hopefully at some point we get word that where
  175. you've signed a deal with one of the labels that's
  176. more press, like all of these things can be press
  177. releases as well and, and super big news on top
  178. of just a very small app experience.
  179. We can also be releasing questions over time.
  180. Moving on.
  181. We actually head out on our tour and I do
  182. have notes.
  183. So, I'm just gonna get through this.
  184. This is all right, All right, just on my notes.
  185. I want to hop back in really quick.
  186. Um, So what happens on the Southern tour is we
  187. have the various events.
  188. People sign up to be on the wait list prior
  189. to us coming near to them near to their city.
  190. Um, They can, yes, yeah, yeah, on this one.
  191. So they can come to the party once there at
  192. the party.
  193. They can download the app, only those set number of
  194. people. Um, and we can see how many matches are
  195. there and how many matches were all throughout the tour.
  196. So what's great about this is that the people who
  197. are earlier in the tour can actually watch as we
  198. continue to tour and their numbers continue to go up.
  199. So that could be really fun.
  200. Lots of social media content Along the way, we kind
  201. of know how this would go assuming success.
  202. This leads up to the Sound Check Music Festival in
  203. Columbia City.
  204. I think that we could do this at a variety
  205. of scales.
  206. It could be very smaller, it could be bigger.
  207. I'd love to see, um, us be able to put
  208. a pop up bed and breakfast and pop up recording
  209. studio in Tina's office.
  210. Um, put a pop up like little kind of open
  211. mic night style.
  212. Um, like uh, one of those calls, yeah, basically do
  213. open mic nights in Tina's store below.
  214. Um, we could put a boho kind of red carpet
  215. through the park in her alleyway that looks straight up
  216. to the courthouse.
  217. Lots of really cool photogenic things.
  218. And it would be supported by this long tour.
  219. This anticipation, there's lots of networking.
  220. So I think again, assuming success that we get there.
  221. Um, you know, if we get there, it's because there
  222. was a reason and it was helpful for us to
  223. get there and I think that we can do this
  224. at a much cheaper, faster way just through partnering with
  225. the city.
  226. Um, we could do this at one of the last
  227. weekends of the farmers market and have the farmers market
  228. actually be there during the quote unquote festival and basically
  229. be like part of our vendors and, you know, a
  230. lot of cool ways.
  231. I think that you could leverage your connections in the
  232. city if you so choose um, to work with some
  233. of the other stores on Main Street and things like
  234. that, so everyone can kind of participate.
  235. All right.
  236. So assuming success assuming that festival goes very well.
  237. We launched the next tour.
  238. Um, we'll go a different area and hit different cities.
  239. So if we did Southern, we'll do Northern.
  240. If we did Northern multi Southern, you get the idea,
  241. But what we're going to be doing here at this
  242. launch is um, we, yes, so we will be going
  243. to our targeted music cities and doing the launch in
  244. the full city to the closed beta without matching.
  245. Without like full matching and messaging.
  246. So at this point you can add song story questions
  247. and you can watch your numbers go up in that
  248. city again, I know that, you know, we want to
  249. really get to the matching, but we'll do a lot
  250. of that through like events where we will invite to
  251. people who match and, you know, kind of film them
  252. meeting out of the event or um, you know, you
  253. can enter and maybe you could get tickets with you
  254. and your song mate you haven't met yet.
  255. Kind of like a blind date sort of thing is
  256. what I'm thinking, but in any way, um people will
  257. be able to input their song story in that city
  258. but not see who they're matching with, They'll see how
  259. many people can match with.
  260. Um and again, the real excitement is that we're starting
  261. to build an influence there following a social following that
  262. wants to kind of see this story and wants to
  263. see the human stories along the way.
  264. If you haven't heard of humans of new york, that's
  265. kind of wearing curtains, all of this.
  266. Um but yeah, so we go on our next tour
  267. back to California, um, assuming success, we can set some
  268. of our adventures into like music video format with song
  269. story questions that were prominent throughout the way we can
  270. have people contribute, like their road trip playlists and we
  271. listen to people's road trip playlists or the, you know,
  272. the song story question answers for that question as we
  273. go, lots of ways we can continue to connect with
  274. our following.
  275. Um, even while we're working on the app in the
  276. back end.
  277. Okay, so assume success, we get back to Hollywood and
  278. we do a Hollywood film premiere at this point.
  279. We would expect to see a big, big following.
  280. People will have taken notice at this point, or we
  281. won't probably do something like this.
  282. This is again assuming success.
  283. Um, so, real fun event we can do there and
  284. what this does is we now do an open beta
  285. so that the whole United States, it's still, you can
  286. only answer song story questions and see the match number,
  287. that's all that it is.
  288. But everybody can do it.
  289. And again, people, we want this to look like, like
  290. a lot of number.
  291. For some reason, people are just going to obsess over.
  292. Um, the other big thing that we're going to do
  293. here is we're going to announce, um, if it's a
  294. concept that, that wins out through testing to build collective
  295. song stories or radio stations built off of two or
  296. more peoples song stories, um, we can announce that Feast
  297. future and we can announce, um, record breaking biggest wave
  298. wave across.
