  4. have gotten us to where we are today.
  5. Hi, my name is Shannon Ericsson.
  6. I'm a senior at the University of Central Florida, and
  7. I plan to graduate in the summer of 2021.
  8. Ever since I could at the age of 16, I
  9. got myself a job and have worked ever since.
  10. Done. I've been a self motivated individual having many jobs
  11. that have taught me that many different skill sets, including
  12. how toe work and and fast and hard paced environments.
  13. I believe that in order to get to the success
  14. level that you wish to be at, you must work
  15. hard and that hard work does pay off.
  16. Growing up, I had two older sisters who were both
  17. very well academically and worked very hard, which taught me,
  18. and to push myself to be Justus, good as them.
  19. I probably pushed myself even harder because that academics should
  20. not come as easy to me as it did to
  21. them. But this taught me to always accept the challenge
  22. and stay dedicated.
  23. My goals include getting a job in sales or marketing
  24. and having that secured by the time I graduate.
  25. I do not only wish to have a job, but
  26. I hope to be very passionate about this job and
  27. love what I do every day.
  28. One of my favorite qualities about myself is my open
  29. personality and my ability to communicate with people on all
  30. different levels.
  31. Three relevant skills that I have are communication, adaptability and
  32. multitasking. Without these skills, I don't think I would be
  33. where I am today, especially with the whole covert situation
  34. going on.
  35. Communication, adaptability and multitasking have all helped me not only
  36. in my workplace but in school at at the University
  37. of Central Florida as well.
  38. Some accomplishments that that those skills have got me is
  39. maintaining a 3.0.

  42. while having a job in college.
  43. My driver, success and ability to work in any environment
  44. make me very, very valuable in the work place.
  45. My strengths include saying, organized and being able to communicate
  46. on all different levels, and I feel like with these
  47. strengths, they're essential to the workplace, and they make me
  48. a great asset to any business.
  49. Through my main values include loyalty, commitment and consistency.
  50. I believe with these three values I conserve my community
  51. in my workplace.
  52. And then I will hold myself up to those values
  53. standards every day.
