  1. Hey, I was in a coach hunts class this week
  2. and I saw them using Prezi, which was something I
  3. haven't used in a long time.
  4. But it's a great alternative to Power point.
  5. And they were taking a step further and using this
  6. thing called Prezi video, which is actually what I'm recording
  7. this on right now.
  8. So Prezi videos really cool because you could take an
  9. existing power point.
  10. Maybe that you've used for years, and you could easily
  11. import it into Prezi.
  12. So it'll make the layout and just the presentation style
  13. of your traditional PowerPoint a little bit different.
  14. And it is.
  15. It took, like, literally seconds for me to upload my
  16. feedback presentation from Friday into this Prezi.
  17. And then you could record over yourself.
  18. Now, if you don't want yourself shown, you could just
  19. have the presentation like this Just having in this mode,
  20. you could just have your face on the screen, or
  21. you could kind of have a combination of the two.
  22. So again, it's just another way to present.
  23. I love Coach Hon is doing this, and his kids
  24. are actually coming up with Prezi videos to share, so
  25. I'm excited to kind of see how those turn out.
  26. But just really quickly what this looks like when you
  27. go through your success criteria, Um, you can click into
  28. your slides and you know they're not.
  29. They can't see this slide really well.
  30. But if you click it again, then you could see
  31. it. You know, full screen a little bit larger and
  32. again, just kind of like going through your presentations.
  33. Alright, class, you know, here's my success criteria.
  34. What's cool about this and what you guys can't see
  35. is in the bottom right hand corner of my screen.
  36. I can actually see the what the next frame is,
  37. the next slides that are upcoming.
  38. So as a presenter, I'm able to look in that
  39. corner and kind of see what I've got coming next.
  40. So Prezi is really cool again.
  41. Um, it takes me longer to create presentations and scratch
  42. from Prezi because I'm not as fluid on it as
  43. I am in Power point.
  44. But now you could import power points directly into Prezi,
  45. and so that's going to save a lot of time.
  46. If you've got a power point that you already like
  47. using, but just kind of want to change it up
  48. a little bit.
