  1. well, good morning everybody, I hope that you're having a great Tuesday already.
  2. Hope you had a great monday. I just have a couple of quick
  3. reminders for this week and announcements.
  4. So yesterday we had the eighth grade bowling party.
  5. Eighth graders did a fantastic job at the bowling party, it was fun.
  6. Everyone did a great job.
  7. The bowling alley people actually uh wanted you to know
  8. that they were very impressed with the way you cleaned up
  9. and you're able to leave the bowling alley and that you did a really good job there.
  10. And then when you came back into the quad,
  11. you guys were all very calm and did a really good job.
  12. So thank you eighth graders,
  13. we appreciate it.
  14. Now, just a reminder on that note, this is still a regular school week, right?
  15. So all school rules apply,
  16. we still have a couple of really fun events left, like the eighth grade dance,
  17. we have 1/7 grade field day on friday, that will be really fun.
  18. And so if you want to participate in those events,
  19. you have to continue to follow our school rules
  20. the rest of this week.

  22. so just make sure you hear that and you know that that we
  23. can still take away those events if you are not following our school
  24. rules. Alright,
  25. this friday is promotion and on thursday, the thursday before all eighth graders,
  26. we're gonna spend some time in the morning practicing promotion,
  27. be ready to come and pay attention.
  28. The promotion is a very serious event for your families,
  29. families want you to be serious to take it seriously.
  30. It's a very special event for you and your families.
  31. And so making sure on thursday when we're practicing
  32. you really understand what you're supposed to do,
  33. where you're supposed to be, how you walk across the stage, how you act in your chair,
  34. where you sit.
  35. All those things are gonna be very important.
  36. So that we have a very serious, a very special event on friday morning.
  37. All right, those are my reminders for today. Let's have a great last week
  38. at Parkway. If you're an eighth grader, you're going away.
  39. This is your last week ever at Parkway.
  40. As seventh graders.
  41. You want to finish strong before you come back here next year for eighth grade.
