Everybody. I am doing the five common computer problems um and this is my president.
00:08 - 00:12
So the five most common computer problems that we
00:12 - 00:16
have for one we have the general slowdown.
00:17 - 00:18
So what does that mean?
00:18 - 00:22
So the very first problem that we commonly
00:22 - 00:25
see in computer issues is general slowdown.
00:25 - 00:30
So with general slowdown you your computer, your PC
00:30 - 00:35
is usually going unusually slow and it's usually
00:35 - 00:39
indication that there is unwanted or unneeded.
00:40 - 00:45
You should spaces that you can get rid of. There's too many applications going on.
00:53 - 00:55
So here are my solutions.
00:56 - 01:03
So a few solutions that I found were um your PC moving unusually slow.
01:03 - 01:10
You may have a RAM issue or CPU issue you need to shake your task managers if you
01:10 - 01:12
go into settings and type in or you can
01:12 - 01:15
type in task manager at the bottom of your screen
01:15 - 01:21
and look for your CPU memory, things of that nature.
01:21 - 01:26
You'll see and just see how much usage is being used going there,
01:26 - 01:29
find unwanted or deleted slots,
01:29 - 01:30
slots,
01:31 - 01:34
unwanted or deleted or like not needed.
01:34 - 01:38
That may have too much stuff that you just don't need clear up that space you
01:38 - 01:44
can use um this space rip this space that helps with those issues as well.
01:47 - 01:54
And moving on to our 2nd 1 which is going to be my PC is not turning on.
01:55 - 01:59
So typically you have good and bad with these,
01:59 - 02:02
the good is your pieces just not plugged up,
02:02 - 02:05
your display is not turned on your monitor.
02:06 - 02:07
Um you have a bad power source,
02:07 - 02:12
like an outlet or a power surge and you just have a bad battery cable.
02:12 - 02:19
Now there are bad side so your pc not turning on which is your bios
02:19 - 02:24
settings of it being in safe mode or everything is just not essential anymore.
02:25 - 02:31
And a few solutions for that is if it's a good side just turn on
02:31 - 02:37
your Pc make sure it's not the battery because those are simple cheaper fixes.
02:37 - 02:38
Um
02:40 - 02:46
And you know turn your Pc on, turn your computer on, check your batteries,
02:46 - 02:47
check your out list.
02:47 - 02:52
Those are the more easier things to turn your Pc back on. However
02:52 - 02:55
if you've exhausted all of those and it's still
02:55 - 02:58
not turning on then it could be a bias issue
02:58 - 03:01
from learning what I've learned in
03:01 - 03:04
systems in the library.
03:04 - 03:07
You know you turn your you take the rim out,
03:07 - 03:13
you put it back in and turn it on as if it's going on normal and
03:13 - 03:15
not if it's an Apple product that haven't worked
03:15 - 03:19
with Apple products but like deals or something like that
03:19 - 03:23
and if it comes up a bios then
03:24 - 03:25
you can either fix it. If your I. T.
03:25 - 03:29
Pro pro I know what you're doing but if you're a commoner
03:29 - 03:34
say my mother then just get you something else a new computer.
03:40 - 03:41
Yeah.
03:45 - 03:46
Alright.
03:46 - 03:51
The next common pc or computer issue are
03:51 - 03:57
just saying like your wireless devices aren't connecting or
03:57 - 03:59
you can't use it. It's not.
03:59 - 04:03
So if you have a wireless mouse or a wireless keyboard you can't use it with your
04:04 - 04:05
computer.
04:06 - 04:10
That's a common issue in pcs.
04:12 - 04:13
Alright,
04:13 - 04:17
so below are a few of those items and I don't want to butcher the
04:17 - 04:23
name so I'm not going to say it but such as like wireless printers,
04:24 - 04:30
even wired printers and wired speakers and wireless but mainly like wireless
04:30 - 04:33
things are the ones a lot of people have issues with.
04:34 - 04:37
And again like wireless keyboards and mouses.
04:37 - 04:41
So if you're having issues connecting those, then
04:42 - 04:44
a few solutions
04:45 - 04:46
would be
04:49 - 04:52
checking, always check to see if your battery is good.
04:52 - 04:55
That's a lot of people don't check the battery.
04:57 - 04:58
I personally don't know why but
04:59 - 05:02
always check your battery, make sure you have new batteries.
05:02 - 05:09
Um check cables, check the ports that you like you have a wireless keyboard or mouse.
05:09 - 05:11
There's a little
05:11 - 05:14
USB that you connect to your
05:15 - 05:15
computer,
05:16 - 05:19
make sure all of that is damaged free.
05:20 - 05:21
It's working fine.
05:21 - 05:24
And if that doesn't work,
05:24 - 05:29
try installing it from settings on your computer and reinstalling it,
05:29 - 05:31
pick and it should work after that.
05:37 - 05:40
The next coming issue is audio issues.
05:40 - 05:43
And again this is with people that you know you
05:43 - 05:47
speakers or they can't hear anything from their computer.
05:47 - 05:51
You'd be shocked about how many people have audio issues.
05:52 - 05:54
Um It's usually muted
05:56 - 06:01
so typically people um
06:02 - 06:07
accidentally they're typing fast and they may hit the mute button and all of a sudden
06:07 - 06:12
they don't have sound or they can turn their computer on and there's no sound.
06:12 - 06:18
So usually sometimes systems already muted just
06:18 - 06:20
go in the lower right corner if you're
06:21 - 06:23
screen and there's a speaker
06:24 - 06:27
like the one in the picture and just select it and
06:27 - 06:31
increase the volume or press the mute button on your keyboard.
06:31 - 06:33
That doesn't work.
06:33 - 06:35
Then you may need to go like deeper in there and go to
06:35 - 06:40
settings and go to your sound and see what's going on there.
06:40 - 06:44
But it's typically when it's muted. That's the problem.
06:46 - 06:49
And our 5th and final comment
06:50 - 06:51
pc
06:52 - 06:53
computer problem.
06:54 - 06:56
What is the blue screen of death?
06:57 - 07:01
So the blue screen of death you'll typically get something like this picture
07:02 - 07:03
and
07:04 - 07:06
you don't want that picture.
07:06 - 07:10
So few solutions that you would want to do.
07:10 - 07:15
Um And you have to be very cautious with anything that you're trying to
07:15 - 07:21
fix but really on this one because it's typically an operating system system era
07:22 - 07:30
and what you should do is turn the computer off, turn your system off,
07:30 - 07:35
turn everything off and let it reboot on its own that typically fix it.
07:35 - 07:37
And if you're not like
07:38 - 07:40
a computer person or I. T. Person
07:41 - 07:43
and that sounds like
07:44 - 07:48
what and it's still not working after you turn everything off and let
07:48 - 07:52
it reboot up and turn back home and you turn it back home
07:52 - 07:58
then you want to reinstall the operating system and like install it all
07:58 - 08:04
the way back and upload new stuff to it to fix it.
08:04 - 08:08
And if that doesn't work, I suggest just getting in the computer.
08:08 - 08:10
But the better operating system.
08:12 - 08:17
All right. And this is my sources.
08:17 - 08:21
So where I got most of my pictures, but I also went to google because
08:21 - 08:23
splashed didn't have a lot of good things.
08:23 - 08:24
Um,
08:25 - 08:30
and that's where I got my sources for the five coming computer problems.
08:30 - 08:33
Yeah, my name is Trina Germiston and thank you very much.
