00:01 - 00:02
Hello all navigators.
00:04 - 00:06
So this was my first week in the office.
00:06 - 00:11
Very exciting and jammed week with a lot of activities
00:11 - 00:13
and a lot of information that I need to get
00:13 - 00:18
into my my small head so very packed brain at
00:18 - 00:22
the moment but also with very nice feeling of being
00:22 - 00:24
part of this red team and company.
00:26 - 00:28
I met a few of you in the office which
00:28 - 00:33
has been great to have it relaxed short discussions and
00:33 - 00:36
yet side information and I assume I met most of
00:36 - 00:39
you also in different teams, meetings, constellations.
00:42 - 00:44
We kicked off the product stream as one of the
00:44 - 00:46
important activities during the week.
00:47 - 00:51
Uh uh it started with me trying to explain a
00:51 - 00:54
little bit about my expectations and what I see about
00:54 - 00:55
the product vision.
00:56 - 01:01
Okay the product vision should be on north store.
01:03 - 01:06
The product vision is uh the future of our product
01:06 - 01:07
and the future of where we want to go.
01:10 - 01:12
Product vision should be directional.
01:13 - 01:13
For us.
01:14 - 01:19
It should be an agreement that way together, agree that
01:20 - 01:20
we want to go towards.
01:21 - 01:24
It should give us consensus something we in Sweden loves.
01:25 - 01:29
Yeah, it should give us by in it should motivate
01:30 - 01:32
us and as all you said, it should be on
01:33 - 01:34
off store and compass of where we're going.
01:36 - 01:38
Another great benefit of a product Vision is also that
01:39 - 01:40
it gives us the right to say no, it gives
01:41 - 01:43
us the right to say no to things that we
01:43 - 01:47
we shouldn't do that easily sneaks in if you don't
01:47 - 01:48
have a great contrast.
01:48 - 01:57
And the product vision Yeah, after me introducing everyone, do
01:58 - 02:00
a little bit of my expectations and guiding of where
02:00 - 02:06
I believe the product vision is everyone introduced himself, which
02:06 - 02:09
was also a great opportunity for me personally to get
02:09 - 02:12
to know more more people within etiquette and where everyone
02:13 - 02:13
is and their responsibilities.
02:15 - 02:18
And I must say it's a great, positive, eager and
02:18 - 02:23
knowledgeable team that I had together to uh to develop
02:23 - 02:24
this property vision.
02:26 - 02:30
And foremost, I feel it's a very motivated and engaging
02:30 - 02:34
thing. I will learn a lot from this journey and
02:34 - 02:38
hopefully I can help in driving us towards a positive
02:38 - 02:39
product vision statement.
02:44 - 02:48
After the introduction, we did a short discussion from each
02:48 - 02:51
and everyone of what we expect out of this product
02:52 - 02:57
vision. You are a high in laws in these expectations
02:59 - 03:00
and I hope we can cover them all.
03:01 - 03:07
We need customer journeys, we're expect that we will find
03:07 - 03:14
positive growth areas, we need personas, we have some already
03:14 - 03:17
and maybe they are good, Maybe people don't know about
03:17 - 03:21
them, we will release it them and then we will
03:21 - 03:22
have positive personas.
03:22 - 03:25
When we come out of this, we had a short
03:25 - 03:29
discussion on is the product vision only the Product vision
03:30 - 03:33
or the adult topics as well that we will cover
03:34 - 03:34
in the product vision.
03:36 - 03:40
And there are one of them, for example, is how
03:40 - 03:43
we organize our data, which is something we need to
03:43 - 03:47
discuss. Idol as a separate topic in the product vision
03:47 - 03:51
or as a topic underside because it's very important that
03:51 - 03:52
we start to get more data.
03:54 - 03:55
So more mainly good expectations.
03:57 - 04:00
Some we will deliver on almost issue and some we
04:00 - 04:07
will need to park and take a letter what order
04:07 - 04:11
in the next steps in the product vision screen The
04:11 - 04:14
next. Except that we are a team of 20 happy
04:14 - 04:17
people that are eager to get forward with this.
04:18 - 04:21
Yeah. And we want to be ready with the product
04:22 - 04:26
vision at some level, at least prior to Samos, everyone
04:27 - 04:29
knows and have an overview of what it is we
04:29 - 04:30
want to achieve their.
04:32 - 04:34
So for this I need some help and drive parallel
04:35 - 04:38
work streams so therefore we need to identify a core
04:38 - 04:41
team and our many volunteers already so that we will
04:41 - 04:42
do yeah.
04:43 - 04:46
We will have an initial micro workshop where we will
04:46 - 04:49
focus on the bigger trends in the industry, main competitors,
04:52 - 04:54
main customer pain points and so forth.
04:55 - 04:58
So looking at the bigger picture to have that all
04:58 - 05:01
of you, it will also be very helpful for me
05:01 - 05:04
to understand more of all your challenges in the areas
05:04 - 05:06
that we are working in etiquette.
05:08 - 05:09
Then we will do both one C.
05:10 - 05:14
X customer journey and we will do one X customer
05:14 - 05:17
during a workshop where we identify all the touch points
05:17 - 05:20
for customers and hopefully get good learnings out of that.
05:21 - 05:24
I learned that this there has been some work done
05:24 - 05:26
in this already like six months ago so we have
05:26 - 05:29
already great starting is now we just need to take
05:30 - 05:30
it one more step.
05:31 - 05:35
We will also identify customers who hopefully want to work
05:35 - 05:42
together with us in both qualitative research input and also
05:42 - 05:45
do customer journeys to the other with us.
05:45 - 05:49
So when having both the internal and external view, we
05:49 - 05:53
can then see and build build a true custom of
05:53 - 05:54
your own experience map.
05:55 - 05:58
So these are some of the few, some of the
05:58 - 06:01
things that will be the next steps on top of
06:02 - 06:02
many adults of course.
06:03 - 06:09
And uh yes, stay tuned in this channel and this
06:09 - 06:13
team channel and uh there will more to come and
06:13 - 06:15
we will make sure that everyone is updated.
06:16 - 06:20
And if you have any questions, more reflections, we want
06:20 - 06:21
to know more.
06:22 - 06:23
There are two ways of doing that.
06:24 - 06:26
I know you can read the slide deck from the
06:27 - 06:31
introduction kickoff meeting that we had or it's a 678
06:32 - 06:35
slides or the short version that I also will put
06:36 - 06:38
in the fight follow but stay tuned.
06:39 - 06:40
More will come from us.
06:41 - 06:46
So with that said, I thank you everyone for being
06:46 - 06:49
there my first week and I especially time.
06:49 - 06:52
Thank you the proper division team and my project management
06:53 - 06:55
team for a great week in the great work and
06:56 - 06:57
engaging week.
06:58 - 06:59
So thank you very much.
06:59 - 07:02
Have a nice weekend and see all of you next
07:02 - 07:04
week. Bye bye.
