this video must be watched before proceeding for the upgrade of new model

K X 11

in this video,

I will elaborate the process of upgrade

step by step.

This is a short tutorial which has been made for a quick guideline.

In the process of this upgrade

will be upgrading three modules

or you can say three issues which are I H U D I S and PS.

Using a software named as D S A.

I have made it pretty easier for you

to remember the process by dividing all the steps

in six main steps.

So the first step is to connect your laptop with the car successfully

for this,

you will have to set up the network

settings of the laptop to automatic detection of IP

that will already be set probably by me before I hand over the laptops to you.

But if somehow you are not successful in connecting the laptop with the vehicle.

You can follow the given process.

You have to change the IPV four settings to auto detection.

After setting that

open the DSA software

and click on scan available hardware option

as shown in the screenshot

after that

go to

the tools option

and then select hardware

and select the window of the car you are sitting in

after selecting the wind,

click on the connect button

and you will see a pop up that you need to cancel

after that. You will see the green light

with the connect button.

Green light is actually a confirmation that

the vehicle has been connected successfully.

Let's proceed to the second step

which is

to upload the SD DB file.

SD DB file is actually a database file

that needs to be uploaded before uploading the upgrade files to the D S. A.

So first of all, on the left side of the interface of the software,

click on file option

after that, click on open database

after that,

select the file that you will be given in your laptop and

in this way the file will be uploaded to the DS interface.

It will take around 30-40 seconds for that.

And after that you can proceed to the 3rd step.

Now, the third step is to edit the pin codes

for each issue. You will have a unique pin code that you need to fill in,

click on the edit pin course button as shown in

the screenshot and you will have a pop up screen

to add the pin codes

against each,

add

the E C U S first and then click on the pin code side and then add those unique He see us

and then click on Ok,

so in this way you have added

the pin code successfully. Now, let's proceed to the next step

which is to add the VBS files.

Now you will be given three folders in your laptop.

Number one

name will be spl

number two, name will be D I m

number three name will be PS.

There are three files in sbl folder,

nine files in the I am folder and seven files in PS folder,

select them all folder by folder and then

you will see them all

and listed in the DSS software.

Now let's let's move to the next step

which is to proceed. The downloading of these files to the perspective is issues.

First of all

confirmed that the connection light is still green.

The car is connected well

after that

you have to check these five jack boxes

in the download options as shown in the screenshot.

Once they reject,

just click on the download button and the files will start downloading.

You will see the progress bar which will turn blue

during the process of downloading.

Once it's completed it will turn green.

Once it's green.

Check all that all should be 100

after that

you can disconnect the laptop

and then you can proceed for the next step.

Now start the vehicle

and attach the USB

in the USB slot

And then wait for two or 3 minutes.

You will see a pop up on the mm my screen

which you need to click on, confirm

after confirming that the update process will be started

and it will go on automatically.

So you have to leave this car started

and proceed for the upgrade to the next car.

So first of all when you open this diagnostic software software D. S. A.

You will have this screen.

So first of all, click on skin available hardware option

after that

click on the tools button and then select hardware

and then click on the win of the car. You're sitting in

click on the connect button and you will have this pop up, click on cancel

and the car will be connected

after that

click on file

and then open database

and then you will select the SD DB file from the laptop that I told you before.

So this upgrade file, This database file will be updated,

will be uploaded in the DSS software before

uploading any other file.

So you have to be careful about this

because after this you will proceed for downloading.

Now click on the edit pin codes

in this way you will you will put the unique

pin codes against each issue as shown in this screenshot

And after that click ok

in this way

the access for you

the all the sus will become accessible for you.

Now click on this green plus button and then click all the V. BF files

after adding them, you will see all of the files in the interface.

You need to check all these five boxes in the download options

and then select the basic tasks button

after that select programming session

and then click on run

now again click on S. W. D. L.

And then have a look on the connection status that the vehicles should be connected.

The light should be green

after that click on download button.

So within within almost 10 minutes or 11 minutes you will see all these progress bars

will turn green

So it will mean that the download has been ended now the download has been completed

just assured it by having a look on all the progress bars.

They should all be green after that. Have a look on the left side,

download ended,

wording will be written there

and

it means that the download has been ended now and you can proceed to the next step.

Now click on the disconnect button

and then detach the cables from the vehicle,

start the vehicle

and then insert the USB in the USB slot.

After that wait for two or 3 minutes you will see a

pop up notification on the mm my screen of the car,

click on confirm

and the upgrade will be started.

It will take more than 10 minutes but

meanwhile you can go to the other vehicle

and start downloading the VB F. Files and everything.

All the process that we explained before in the other car.

So in the background

this car

will stay on upgrading through the USB

and after that, once the once the upgrade is completed the mm I will get restarted.

Now remove the USB and you can turn off the car.
