  1. Hello and welcome to Pack University Jump starting your pack line.
  2. My name is Anthony Morrell and this is video number three of the series.
  3. And so hopefully, I'm gonna remind you,
  4. you've watched getting to the next rank because I think that's vitally important.
  5. I think you've all,
  6. hopefully you've also watched personally enrolled on how to help you
  7. enroll more people as well as the entire Agent attraction series,
  8. which is kind of how to think what to say
  9. and then going out and taking some action.
  10. So we're going to begin working on Pack on video number three,
  11. which is now really developing your pack line.
  12. So now you, at this point, you've got your front line kind of moving.
  13. You're, you're getting a cadence.
  14. It's just a matter of time before you hit your 40
  15. that are closing the transaction in the last six months.
  16. And then they are also now beginning to
  17. actually go out and uh and enroll uh members in the pack as well.
  18. And so now all of a sudden you're working 234
  19. generations deep and you're really thinking, wow, you're starting to see at
  20. this point that you're earning anywhere from 3 to $6000 plus a month.
  21. And what you're noticing is, oh my gosh, this is passive revenue.
  22. It's coming monthly.
  23. If I were to double or triple this, this could really start to make some sense
  24. in my life, right? And so what happens is is that we get
  25. extremely now involved in the leadership side of things. And this is where
  26. I personally
  27. believe that you begin to build the business of your dreams. Uh uh really
  28. not only from anywhere but regardless of what it is that you're doing as well.
  29. So I'm gonna start by sharing with you that below.
  30. There's the attachment I've said this before. It kind of looks like this
  31. right now. We're gonna focus specifically though on
  32. category number three, which is pack line development. And
  33. again,
  34. this is for those of you that now have a pack line
  35. with a few generate multiple generations and you're ready to start infusing it
  36. and you're ready to start kind of putting some rocket fuel on it.
  37. So number one, who in my pack line can I help close the transaction? So at
  38. first, what we were thinking was, you know, with getting us to the next rank,
  39. we're thinking more who in my direct line, who directly have I brought in
  40. to,
  41. you know, that I could go out and help close the transaction.
  42. Well, now we're talking about our pack line and our pack line is
  43. everybody that's basically flowing within our organization.
  44. OK. And so now what we start to do is we start to say, wait a minute,
  45. there's somebody two generations down from yourself
  46. that is struggling and needs some support, needs some help.
  47. So you start to say, OK,
  48. how can we go out and how can we help this agent solve the problem that they're having?
  49. And what ends up happening is is that now we're not only looking at,
  50. how can I just answer the question?
  51. But we're also looking at how can I develop a system for you and your pack line?
  52. The same way that pack has done for all of the agents of pack in
  53. developing systems?
  54. Well, how can you start to develop systems on commonly asked questions
  55. within your organization?
  56. So hopefully, this helps make sense.
  57. Now, I'm looking a couple of generations deep and I'm saying, OK,
  58. we're identifying a couple of challenges that are coming up within our pack line.
  59. Now yourself as the leader in
  60. your pack line development are going to create systems that you
  61. can start to help your pack line organization follow that,
  62. guess what are going to help them answer some of those commonly asked questions.
  63. That's number one, number two, who in my pack line knows an agent.
  64. That would be great as a pack family member. We watch this.
  65. This is where we really start to develop the database.
  66. In part number one of personally enrolled, we learned about reps.
  67. Now we're gonna start to learn about our actual
  68. agents within our pack line because guess what?
  69. They really should be your best agent attraction people. Why?
  70. Well, because if we're keeping them plugged in,
  71. if we're working to get to the next rank and we're helping them close deals,
  72. we're helping them promote themselves.
  73. That what starts to happen is, is they start to become leaders.
  74. So now we begin to develop leadership
  75. on leadership built on leadership
  76. that all starts with this leadership
  77. understanding the principles of who in their pack line,
  78. who do they know that's eager,
  79. who do they know that could benefit from the pack systems
  80. that now you're going out in your experience and
  81. you're helping them bring those agents on board.
  82. OK. So what does that mean? Maybe that means that you're hosting a watch party
  83. and you're saying, hey,
  84. pack organization, let's go and invite people to the watch party,
  85. right? Or maybe somebody says, hey, I got an agent, I'm doing a deal with them.
  86. I need some help because I don't really know that a whole ton about
  87. Pack and I haven't done the Agent Attraction series and all this great content,
  88. but you have
  89. and guess and then you say, oh wow. OK, no problem.
  90. I can go ahead, we can talk to them, we can share the pack presentation,
  91. we can share the company Funnel or our funnel or whatever it is that you're doing.
  92. You can share it.
  93. And now guess what, all of a sudden you're helping them get to the next rank, keyword,
  94. helping them get to
  95. X rank.
  96. And naturally, as a result, your pack line is developing,
  97. you're creating depth in your pack line
  98. as well as you're creating
  99. the width through the personal enrollment.
  100. So we're going this way and we're going this way
  101. and eventually we go that way because that's our foundation.
  102. So watch this.
  103. Who in my pack line can I help cap?
  104. Well, this is all about now just looking at, ok,
  105. who's in the organization that's getting close to copy that I can now
  106. help,
  107. encourage, inspire
  108. cheerlead
  109. and really be there for them to go out and accomplish that goal of capping or that,
  110. that uh that that milestone of capping.
  111. Who can I help accomplish that? Why?
  112. Well, because it's benefiting multiple people in the pack line,
  113. right?
  114. It's benefiting the person that they're, if they're not directly sponsored by you,
  115. they're directly sponsored by somebody else.
  116. All of a sudden. Now though, guess what?
  117. That's one more person for them to hit founders pack,
  118. that's one more person for them to hit
  119. 1001 and different pools of that nature.
  120. I hopefully that's making sense.
  121. Now,
  122. watch this
  123. when we start to help others create wealth in this line in, in your pack line.
  124. That is truly pack line development,
  125. plugging each and every one of your agents in your pack line into agent attraction
  126. into jumpstarting your pack line
  127. into the future videos that are coming in regards to
  128. helping you really monitor your join the pack accounting software,
  129. getting them caught up to speed and developing their leadership.
  130. So that as I've mentioned before, it's not about you and me,
  131. it's about the people that are going to be joining our company.
  132. 5, 1015, 20 years from now being able to watch this content and understand
  133. that this is the way we build by not
  134. leaving our pack family members behind and by making
  135. sure that we maintain being a production based company
  136. and as a result of doing those two things,
  137. guess what?
  138. Everything else works itself out in a really nice fashion. OK.
  139. So number next, begin sharing links. Well,
  140. once you've now begin, uh you know,
  141. started to have multiple generations in your pack line,
  142. you have to understand that
  143. the communication from top to bottom really has to be there. So
  144. maybe we're now creating a cadence of sending out the
  145. pack sales meeting every time we have a sales meeting,
  146. maybe we have a cadence of accountability around our pack line, being enrolled
  147. in
  148. role plays.
  149. Maybe we have AAA cadence where, hey, after the meeting, we're meeting together,
  150. we're, we're getting together and we're talking about what our takeaways were
  151. after the sales meeting. We're investing in each other to go to pack meetups, right?
  152. As I talked about a little bit in getting to that next rank.
  153. Now, maybe there's somebody, 23 generations down,
  154. but your revenue sharing 23 generations down. And you're saying, wait a second,
  155. I'm gonna take part of this monthly income that I'm, that I'm earning,
  156. I'm gonna invest, you know, a, a 10th of it.
  157. And what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna buy somebody,
  158. a plane ticket and get them a hotel room,
  159. you know, a $500 experience for them to go and guess what?
  160. All of a sudden they're getting to meet some of the leadership,
  161. they're getting to meet some of the other uh um uh ranking individuals within pack.
  162. And they're really getting to embody this pack
  163. community that is all about helping agents become more professional,
  164. more accountable,
  165. more knowledgeable and helping them build the business of their dreams through,
  166. through these vehicles.
  167. Ok.
  168. So
  169. the other thought is of course, who can I invite to a pack meeting?
  170. So
  171. it's not only about who can you invite,
  172. but who can you help invite to the pack meeting that
  173. comes in the forms of reminders that uh the day of
  174. meetings and as meetings are leading up that comes in the
  175. form of getting on the phone and calling people and saying,
  176. hey, we're going to this pack meet up. I'd love to see you there.
  177. What's it gonna take to get you there?
  178. Guess what,
  179. who else do you know in your market who have you done a deal with lately that we,
  180. that should be knowing a little bit more about pack home realty
  181. and what it is that we're doing for real estate professionals.
  182. These are the types of things that go into really developing your pack line now.
  183. Thank you. I want to thank you for watching the Jumpstart,
  184. the,
  185. the PAC line Jumpstart series and I wanna encourage you to continue to watch them,
  186. watch them multiple times take notes and encourage your pack line
  187. that as
  188. a
  189. standard of being a part of your pack line,
  190. that they're going to watch these videos for those individuals
  191. that are really looking to grow their pack line.
  192. Ok. Now, we've got a lot of great stuff coming for you.
  193. So thank you so much for watching this series in its completion.
  194. We'll see you inside a pack University. I'm Anthony Morrell. We'll see you soon.
  195. Bye bye.
