How He Created It.
Through 1991 and 1993, Tim continued working on the web, coordinating feedback from users on the web

He started working in October of 1990 and the program "world wide web" was first made available in December of 1990, and on the Internet at large in the summer of1991.
In 1989, Tim Bernrers -Lee created the world wide web.

He was a graduate out of oxford university. Tim invented the world wide web while at CERN in the European particle physics Laboratory.

Tim spends a lot of time fighting for rights such as privacy, freedom and openness of the web.
Who is Tim Berners-Lee?
Sir Tim Berners-Lee is an English computer scientist best known as the creator of the world wide web.
Tim Berners-Lee is the director of the world wide web consortium.
