To apply for a Visa, you must apply to
us for a Conformation of Acceptance
for Studies (CAS) form
Our International Office will send your CAS about two months before the start of your programme, after UUK have confirmed your acceptance of offer.

We understand that it’s a big step to go to a new city for your time at university. But with so much student accommodation available, it’s straightforward to move in and start meeting other students and developing new friendships.
We have over 5,000 bedrooms that are close to, or have convenient transport to, our campuses in Newcastle upon Tyne. So you can be within easy reach of the University’s facilities and the city’s bustling culture and nightlife.
Most residences provide self-catering accommodation but, if you don’t want to worry about cooking, there is also a catered option.
All accommodation offered through the SWB programme includes communal bathrooms. However, for an additional fee you can opt to have an en-suite if you wish to do so.
