Transcript of Why we Have Enough Safety in P.E.

Safety
In some sports like in football they have meetings with parents about concussions and if you purposly do it you can get suspended or you can just get a major penalty.
The American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine say that, children the ages 5 to 14 are 40% or sport-related injuries, so not all sports are safe.
Rules
If you follow the rules that your coach or teachers tell you, then the game will be a lot safer and there will be less injuries.

Why are Sports Safe?
Sports are safe because we wear equipment so we don't get an injury. Also because all teachers, or coach, or anybody can provide you with first aid in case there is an injury. You also warm up before a sport. You should stretch before you play so you don't tear a muscle or get an injury.
