A project to fight hunger on a local level targeting at-risk students in the public school systems.
This is the 3rd Annual Empty Bowls Project for Bartow County, Cartersville, GA.
Empty Bowls is a grassroots effort to fight hunger in our community. The concept is simple.
-Potters make bowls and restaurants make food for our event.
-You buy a ticket to the event.
-A $20 Ticket allows you to choose a food safe, microwaveable, dishwasher safe ceramic bowl made by a local artist.
-All you care to eat meal prepared by some of the best restaurants in Cartersville/Bartow County.
100% of the money raised goes to
Back Pack Buddies
Local Potters, Art Teachers and Students make the bowls for the event.

Back Pack Buddies
Back Pack Buddies fights hunger each week by providing 7 meals per weekend for school aged children in our community.
