How can you tell if the food is bad for you?
If you look at the nutrition labels you can tell if the food is good or bad for you. In the food you eat there shouldn't be too much sugar, sodium, cholesterol, or calories from fat.
What are some bad foods?

, check the calories. You shouldn't have too much calories from fat.
