J. K. Rowling stated in an interview that the idea "strolled into her head, fully formed" while on a train. J.K. Rowling Seven books in total... The Books The Sorcerer's Stone The Chamber of Secrets The Prisoner of Azkaban The Goblet of Fire The Order of the Phoenix The Half- Blood Prince The Deathly Hallows Main protagonist of the series. Harry Potter Each book chronicles an adventure he has at Hogwarts. His best friends are Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley. Orphaned at a very early age, had to live with his Aunt and Uncle. Lord Voldemort (Tom Marvolo Riddle) Main antagonist of the series He is also an orphan, but was placed in an orphanage. He made multiple attempts to kill Harry Potter. His first attempt to kill Harry failed, and forced him to go into hiding. A large castle located somewhere in Scotland, protected by powerful boundaries. Hogwarts is divided into four houses... Gryffindor Ravenclaw Hufflepuff Slytherin She is now a multimillionaire. Born July 1965 and grew up in Wales. His facial features are deformed due to dark magic.
