keep the most updated website that is very
easy to navigate by the customer, they provide
satisfaction to the customers, and keep one step
ahead of its competitors by introducing new
products. Operations-
Nike trains their staff well to work efficiently, maintain their equipment by making the necessary updates to the equipment, they store their products in a safe place, keep updated computer records of all the paperwork, and they hire managers for all the departments that can over look the activities in their department on daily basis. Accounting/Finance-
Nike hires professional accountants that keep an updated computerized record of every single financial transaction made by the company. Management-
Nike hires the best managers for different departments who can set a goal for their employees on what needs to be accomplished by their department, they also well train their staff, overlook the operations, and keep the equipment updated and well maintained.
