What is burnout syndrome?

What are typical symptoms of burnout?
loss of enthuiasm
lack of responsibility
depression, feeling of helplessness
difficulties in concetration
sleep disorders
muscle tension
problems with heart rate
high blood pressure
decreasing involvement to help troubled clients
cynical or indifferent approach to clients
decreased contact with colleagues
increased conflicts in the area of privacy
Who is at risk of the syndrome?
people in "helping" professions
people with poor time management
What are phases of burnout syndrome?

How to prevent from burnout?
balanced diet
adequate sleep
