Grasslands
at the base of a mountain
Coniferous forest
at the center of the mountain
Mountain Facts:
Mountains occur more often in the oceans than on land, some islands are the peaks of mountains coming out of the water.
80% of fresh water that we drink comes from mountains.
The worlds highest peak is Mt. Everest
