The Leader in Me
Transcript of The Leader in Me
Walter E. Disney
This project provided me the opportunity to study a famous leader of my choice and to evaluate my own leadership potential. During this project, I researched the leadership style, characteristics, and significant events that molded my individual into a great leader. With this knowledge, I also reflected on your own leadership skills, analyzing my personal strengths and areas for development.
Personal Leadership Plan
“If your actions create a legacy that inspires others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, then, you are an excellent leader.”

I am deeply committed to making other people happy, while at the same time improving myself in every way that I can. I will try to prevent times when I am stressed and in a negative mood. I will stop procrastinating and start working on my perspective and attitude towards negative things. I will strive to incorporate charisma, fun, and friendliness into my life. I will constantly renew myself.

I have a strong, private sense of knowledge and vision, often for hidden things that other people would think can't be known. I see imaginative possibilities and insights, especially in relation to people, anticipating a future for them that they can't even see themselves. Although I probably have some strong relationships, my insights may be so unusual that others find them difficult to accept, and I may therefore find it difficult to articulate them.
